I was active member of many groups and still connected with many juniors and faculty members. Now the college has very good placements and campus infrastructure. I find this college very good place the spend four amazing years of college life. last year it got Importance of National institute tag so now many big companies also started visiting this campus. The 6 months internship is the best part of thee college.

I took AIEEE and I scored 152 marks. I was interested in COmputere science and engineering I saw the last year placements for this college so I opted for this college. I also checked that this college has some Japanese collaborations so that can help me in building the career in out side India too.

This college is mainly based on design and manufacturing so they focus on research more than other colleges. Computer science course curriculum is very good, they cover everything and in each semester we has 3-4 projects. SO we got lot of chance to explore new ideas.

Yes IIIT Jabalpur provides internship to all the students. The best thing about this college is the internship. The whole 7th sem is for internship, lot of companies visit campus to hire interns. the duration of intern is 6 month so this is the best part of a college time. CSE IIIT Jabalpur placements 2011-2015 batch: Total no of students appeared - 48, total no of offers made - 58, Highest offer - 35 LPA, Total average placement : 7.35 LPA % placements : 120% Other branches also had very good placements. ECE placements were more than 90% and mechcnical placements were above 80%.

Tech fest: Abhikalpan- This is the biggest tech-fest of central India. Many colleges from MP or outside MP participates in this event. This is 4 days long event. Cultural fest: Tarang- This is also biggest cultural fest of central India. This is 4 days long events and many college from India participate in it. Sports fest: Gusto- This is also 4 days long events and many participants across take part in this events. All three events are very big and 60-70 college take part in the events.

This is central India institute so fee are not high, this is feasible in fee. You need to pay 90000 per year for everything. this include everything college fee, hostels, mess and any other expenses. Hostels are mandatory to stay. All the students who get above 6 pointers and fall under category that there parents income is less than 2.5 lakh per anum get all tuition fee as a scholarship.

In my batch 2011-15 there were 260 total students and 26 were girls. No of girls are too less. college organized many workshops in all the fields. In each week you can see 1 or 2 workshops. There are lot of clubs like dramatics, dance, sports clubs. All the clubs are very active. programming club and robotics club are very active and famous and organize many intra college events. Our college robotics team also participate in international events. Overall college environment is very good, this is no intolerance regarding anything. All clubs organize many events in each semester. Jagarti club which help nearby poor village kids to get good educations.

This college is location 15km away from Jabalpur city and surrounded by forest so the environment is very good. There are three hostels named Hall1, Hall3 and Hall4. Hall1 is single seater and other two are 3 seaters. Hostels fees is included in the overall fee, you need need to pay anything extra. Hostels are awesome and recently made. IIIT hostels are best among any other central govt institutes.

Our college started in 2005 so now we have good alumni network. All the seniors are at very good positions and they help juniors in shaping their career. They post opening on our college alumni page and we get benefits from that. We started alumni meet from last year and got very good response.

Exam structure is very good. In each sem we have to give exams 4 times. start with 1st test after 1 month of starting of the semester. Mid sems are held after 2 months followed by 2nd test and end sem exams. Few faculties also take surprise tests. So overall students get engaged in whole semester.

This is an institute of National Importance so you can imagine about the faculty that how much they are qualified. All the faculty members are very much qualified and are expertise in their respective fields. We had very good faculty in CSE. All the staff was highly qualified.
