Now, I would like to throw some light on the facilities and the opportunities provided by the Institute: 1. LBSIM provides state of the art curriculum that is changed in real-time to suit industry needs. It prepares the students to handle all the requirements that are expected from a manager in the industry. The subjects are taught with love and care by the highly experienced faculty having subject expertise for 10+ years minimum in their domain. The perfect blend of practical cases and classroom teaching is provided to the students so that they have holistic learning. Midterm and end-term exams are taken in a timely manner throughout all 6 trimesters to evaluate the growth and progress of individual students.

The situation after a pandemic is little different but still many startups and also notch companies visited LBSIM for a summer internship. The highest stipend offered is 70000 this year but avg package is 10000. Many companies came with zero stipends as well. Initially, there were very few companies coming but with time, things are getting better. Almost 50% of the batch is placed till now in Feb.

Almost every year 100% batch of LBSIM gets placed. Last year the highest package was 28 lakhs and the average package is 7-8 lakh Rupees. Students are eligible for campus placement directly after 5th trimester and reputed companies visit the campus for placements. Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Britannia are few of them. Lbsim offers PGDM in every domain i.e. finance, marketing, HR, operations, business analytics. Companies from every field visit for placements.

LBSIM has one of the best ROI in management studies in India. The fee charged by LBSIM is 11,67,000 Rupees and the average placement is 9,90,000 Rupees PA. Therefore you can clearly see that the ROI of the institute is top-notch.

Lbsim highly focuses on academic growth for a student but simultaneously they do not ignore the extracurricular activities. There are 18 clubs in LBSIM that works for the overall development of the student. LBSIM have one club for each subject and other clubs like dance, acting, singing and even fashion designing. In the academic part, Lbsim has its own library for students and also bloomberg terminals.

The hostels are situated within 3km of the institute. The institute provides bus services free of cost so transportation isn't a problem at all. The hostels are situated in Sector 8 and Sector 7 (Ramphal Chowk). They are separate for both the boys and the girls. Now, talking about the facilities that are provided, the rooms are available on a twin sharing basis. Each room has its own washroom, AC, geyser. The electricity bills are as per usage. Each student will get a bed, pillows, an almirah, a study table, a chair, stools etc. The mess service is in the hostel itself where you will be given four meals - breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. On working days, the lunch will be served in the institute itself. The food is vegetarian. The only egg is available in the institute cafeteria. The localities are safe and well connected to other parts of the city. Laundry services are also available nearby. Shops for all the other things you may require during your stay here are present nearby.

They give admission on the basis of CAT and GMAT. Shortlisted candidates are called for further process. Next step is GD-PI and WAT. These processes take place in the month of February at LBSIM campus. There happens WAT followed by GD and then PI. The process is very easy going. Teachers ask questions from course background and latest news. Selected students are then offered admission. I preferred this college as it was among the top 100 colleges as per NIRF ranking.
