Remarks
There are many factors that made me choose this college: 1) First factor is that it is not in a very busy and noisy area, the college is outside the city area with full of greenery and fresh air and a vast campus area. 2)Secondly it has a very good Infrastructure, co-operating faculty and staff. The subject teachers here are very nice and friendly in their attitude and they provided us a good learning experience. 3)And lastly the fee structure is also very good and picket fit for middle class students.
Course Curriculum Overview
1)The course I chose is awesome and vast with lots of learning and fun. It was my dream course. I wanted to do my further education in Software Engineering and Computer Science and I finally got an opportunity to study in this field. 2)The course curriculum is upto the mark starting from the basics and further extending to advanced. 3)The faculties giving us the course training are also very experienced and nice in behaviour. They are very friendly and arealways ready to help us.
Placement Experience
They provide good placement opportunities. Companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS-ion, ABB, Accenture, Crompton Greaves, Essar Steel, Forbes Marshall, etc.
College Events
1) The campus life was very a great experience. The college held many interactive sessions like the Parents Teachers Meeting, Induction Programmes before starting the main teaching programmes. 2) The extra curricular activities included Sports, Chess, Science Quizzes, Creative Arts Competitions, Poster Presentation Competitions on Science Day and Project presentation Engineers Day. 3) The college fest namely KSHITIJ 2K20 was a remarkable moment as there were many competitions held including gaming rounds like PUBG, Need For Speed (NFS). The fashion competition included Ramp Walks, Dance, etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarships are avaliable from the online portals of the government seprate for every stream. The students need to fill the forms throught those portals with their college names and after the scholarships get redeemed the ammount is transferred to the students accounts.
Campus Life
The campus infrastructure is very nice. There are limited buildings with a college workshop, huge play ground, main building, and a canteen area with open benches under the trees made for students to have some rest during lunch breaks.
Hostel Facilities
No, I haven't opted for the hostel but I have seen the infrastructure and it is quite good for the students who come from outer cities and remote areas. 1)The rooms are quite good and large enough for four students to sit relax, study and sleep. 2) The average rent for each student is about 20000 Rupees per year. They also provide some reduction in fees in case the student is not able to pay the required ammount. 3) The process to avail the room is simple. The student need to give his/her details in the HOSTEL Counter section in the main building and he/she can also take a look at the rooms before admitting themselves in the hostel and then they can make required payment.
Admission
The criteria for taking the admission in the college was through JEE and MHT-CET entrance exams. In the year 2019 I took both the two entrance exams JEE and MHT-CET and my percentile score in JEE was 20. 01 percentile in first attempt and 48. 6 percentile in second attempt. In MHT CET my percentile score was 20 percentile.
