Management is ignorant and is dominating in front of students. They are permanent employees and have no supervision above them. So they manipulate students. And takes the advantage of their post.

DAV is 100 years old next year so it makes it a reputed college. Plus it is under GNDU which makes it more good.

Course is good. It focuses on every aspect of stream. The mixture of law, accounting, management, taxation and business techniques with operations research is very good. This course is very use full in career. Taxation is very good subject and makes a b com student an all rounder in commerce stream. The deep study and hard work makes a student brilliant.

Yes. They provide internship. This college takes the best student who scored brilliant in academics to their college for the internships. I don't know about the stipend because i am not applying for the internship yet.

Placement is good. Companies like TCS, wipro, IBM, HDFC visit us and offer the students jobs. Commerce field is full of job opportunities. Hdfc takes the student to their company and give them jobs at fair considerations. Student doing good in the academics and deserving students do get the employment opportunities.

Every event is celebrated by the college. Commerce fest, It fest, Science fair, Exibitions, Fairwells, Freshers parties and festive parties. Every thing is celebrated in the college and every student can attend these things. I can say that DAV college is best in celebrating an event in the college. It is a very good environment.

Fee structure is fair. They don't charge any thing which is not accepted genuine. 3 installments makes it easy for us to pay the amount. We have to pay around 45000 per year for the course of b com professional. Those who find it difficult to pay the fees gets the fee concessions from the college.

College gives fee concessions to the poor and brilliant students. One can apply for this with their income certificates and detailed marks sheet which tells them about the brilliance and low income of the people.

Campus life is good. There is allot of diversity in college, Punjabis, himachalis, chinese and many others are part of the college. Gender ration is almost equal. It is brilliant in sports and games. College teams recently performed in rio olympics. Cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, hockey, and many others. College has every sports team and has a gym and swimming pool too.

There is a big hostel for boys and girls separate. And an additional hostel for sports persons. Hostel and mess is good as i heard it. Air conditioned rooms are available and they give big lawns with hostel for roaming around while one is stressed and need some relieve.

College seniors helps allot in understanding this college better. Experienced people tells and guides allot to us and this helps allot in facing every difficulty.

Very good exam structure. College organizes house tests and then finals of university. House tests helps us to prepare for the finals efficiently. House tests are very good thinking to improve the marks of a student. Though this become somewhere hectic because two exam sessions in 5 months are hectic.

Nice faculty. Experienced teaching with good knowledge. We get allot to learn from the faculty. Every professor has a mastery in his/her subjects. New comers have some difficulties in teaching because of non experience. But with time they get better. Teaching is very good in the college and this college produce scholars in university.
