Remarks

It's very good to study. And the faculties increase students the campus is more beautiful. And it is the top most college in Mysore campus recruitment for this campus is very good and it is plastic free campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose information science because I have basic knowledge of subject which are there in the information science if we have basic knowledge of what we are studying so that we can easily improve our knowledge in the future.

After completion of of 6 semester students are eligible to attend the campus placement there are many numbers of car companies which are came for campus recruitment for our college JSS Science and Technology University Mysore nearly more than 50 companies will come for campus recruitment like Benz LNT and many other top companies I have plan to join the top most companies after my completion of degree.

Life in campus is very good there are many events which are conducted by the college and students and annual fest library facilities classroom Sports facility and many different different types of clubs many websites which are running by the students like Instagram accounts in that every detail will be updated time by time.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
