As I mentioned before that course curriculum is old but still it is somewhat fine and provide knowledge of many unknown things which are helpful in exams like GATE etc. Faculties are highly educated professionals with in-depth knowledge about their subjects. Inspire of being that educated the way of teaching in my point of view is not that good. They just come in class and fill the boards and this goes on. The reason of choosing this course is my interest in this subject and about exams, they are easy to pass and no greater worries about them. Professors are supportive in this case. The things which they can't explain in class, if asked personally would be explained better. For exams one has to study only a month before exams started and can be able to pass them with a decent CPI.

Placements are very good in this college and mainly on campus placement depends on branch or course of the students they are enrolled into. Internships start in 3rd year while placements are done in final year. Highest package offered goes up to 450000 and average package is about 200000. Companies like Goldman Sachs, Qualcomm, Amazon, Oracle, Tata, Reliance and several other MNCs visits here with job offers. Although percentage of students placed differ branch to branch yet on average about 70-80% students placed on campus. I have decided to join a MNC too after getting my degree with decent package.

The life at campus is the one people have dreamt of about their college life. There is everything you can do here(not illegal ones). You can explore yourself and nurture your hidden talents, you can go out with friends, parties and much more. To add more spark to it you can join clubs like dramatics club, music club, dance, photography, English club etc. Joining these clubs gives you an exposure to large committees and helps to boost up your confidence. Moreover when alumni associated with these clubs and seniors also sometimes gives parties to their juniors. There is annual fest named culrav and technical fest named Avishkar and another robotics fest named Prosang taking place every year where students have a chance to showcase their talents to other students. Technical fests takes place in the months of September and other tech feat takes place in march. Both of them are very good and if one takes part in these fest they surely have a thing worth mentioning in their resume. Cultural fest is one of the most awaited event in our college and takes place at Grand level in month of April. This event includes dance competition, music competition, drama, nukkad natak, stage shows, dj nights, Ted talks and many more. This event is one that student will memorise throughout their lives.

Fee structure is divided in 3 parts: 1. Annual salary <200000 2. Annual salary <500000 3. Annual salary >500000 For students of category 1 including reserved candidates have to pay annual fees of 60000 only, category 2 students have to pay 108666 and category 3 students have to pay around 200000. But for students belonging to economically weaker sections and reserved categories there are facilities of scholarships by government and by college also. Students can avail any one of these scholarships and their financial burden will be taken up by scholarship amount. There are Up scholarship, national scholarship, alumni funds scholarship. These are provided to students so that there is no or less economic burden on their families. Job facilities and placements are extremely well here. Average package for cs, it branch students is nearly 250000-300000, for other branches average package is nearly 200000 more or less depending on branch or course.

Hostel facilities are not that much good but comparing with other hostels and PGs it is certainly fine. Hostels are allowed at the same time of admission. For first years there is separate hostel with 7 floors and around 42 3-seater rooms on each floor. Rooms are very spacious and there is separate balcony and study room in each room. Hostel mess food quality is not that much good.l but it's ok and nothing more to be worry about. There is a different meal every day throughout week. You will get breakfast at 9am, lunch at 12-2 pm, refreshments at 6 pm and dinner at 7:30-9:30pm. There is dessert included after every meal at night.

There are no GDs to get admission in this college. Only thing one has to do is to pass Jee mains exam with good score and you are all set to get admission here.
