Remarks

Nirma University is a well known university all over the state. It is located in one of the best cities in India and it offers good placements. My brother had studied from nirma university as well so I took admission here.

Course Curriculum Overview

Courses are well prepared by highly educated faculty members. All faculty members are very helpful and provide solutions for all doubts individually. We are provided with emails so that we can directly contact faculty members to solve our doubts and get proper answers to our questions. The college also provides us good industrial exposure.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 750000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements here are good compared to other colleges which are in the same category. Every year almost 80% of the students get placed, while the rest of the students choose higher education. The highest salary package offered in the previous year in the CSE branch was around 15 LPA, whereas the average salary package offered was 6 LPA. Other branches also have good amount of placements.

Nirma University has various events in which we can take part in. It hosts various events in which we can show case our talent. The college also allows us to take in part in various sports. There are many clubs on which we can join.

There is no major problem in the curriculum regarding to the course. The curriculum covers almost all major real-world applications. But, the there is so much detailed and compulsive study on techniques that are not even used in today's time.

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

Placements start to comence from 7th sem.It is the eligibility criteria for all students. Companies like Sopan Industries etc have visited the campus for placement purpose. Highest package was of around 4.9lpa and average is around 3.4lpa Most students who got placements were those with an average CGPA of 8.6

From 6 semester students become eligible for campus placement, too much companies are visited to our campus like , L&T , TATA, TCS many others around 150+ companies. Which is the highest placement in our college is that 20 lakhs and average package is that around 5 to 6 lakhs.
