Remarks

I chose IHM because I wanted to join hospitality industry. Also I am very passionate about cooking. Admission to IHM is simple. You just have to fill up the form and chose the exam area. After that there will be a JEE and according to the result you will be alloted the college. There are 2 rounds to choose the college. Talking about IHM lucknow it is a very good college. Staff is great are are very helpful. The food provided in mess is also of good quality and place is very hygienic.

I chose BSc because I wanted to have a degree after my college gets over. In IHM lucknow the faculty is great are are very helpful. The food provided in mess is also of good quality and place is very hygienic. And it was not very difficult to pass the main entrence exam.

From sem3 student become eligible for placement. Big companies like ITC, TAJ, OBEROI, ACOR GROUP, BATA, AMAZON, come for finding recruit in our college. Highest packedge goes to 600000Rs pa And average packedge is 400000Rs.

College Events

Campus life is very good in IHM lucknow. I am very luck to be a part of this Institute. Annual sports fest named concordia happens every year. And also a hell lot of events takes place during normal campus routine

Fee Structure And Facilities

The per semester fee for this course is around 50-55000Rs. There is also scholarship available though govt policies. The campus placement is very good all big companies like ITC, OBEROI, TAJ come for recruitment.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is of very fine quality. It's always cleaned and Hygenic inside hostel. Your room gets cleaned every alternate day by sweeper. Also the mess is very good the food provided in mess is also of good quality

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam,the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.

Comapny will visit in campus after September. And here alomst 80 to 85 company visit in this college. Likes hdfc, Dabur, icici, mother dairy, wipro, Infosys and many startup companies. And almost all student got job in campus. Last year highest package is 8.5 lacs and average package is 3.5 to 4 lacs. Here almost 90-95% student placed. In starting 5-8 years I make me financially strong and learn about market and condition. After I looking for a startup.

This college was not not my first choice I want to go to ihm bangalore but I didn't get it in first counseling and after in second councelling I got ihm lucknow and when I searched about it was good also it was near to my hometown that's why I choose this college, i didn't got rejection from any college. The admission process starts with the induction round in which those candidates are there who got ranking under 3000 in national exam for hotel management conducted by NCHMCT there is no age limit and the admission process takes only one day and it is in the campus....Read More

My little college

My first preference was this college only and after this The other preferences include IHM Delhi and IHM Mumbai. Since my first preference was this college IHM Lucknow and as soon as I got the confirmation I continued with it. I choose this college because of the popular celebrity chef Ranveer Brar also studied in this college. Since I see him as my mentor I applied for this college. No I did not get a rejection from other colleges since this was the only one college I applied to. To be eligible for taking admission in this college you first need to clear the NCHMCT JEE exam and after the exam you get a rank and based on the cutoff of different colleges you can apply for it. After that it is basic paper work and you can continue your college from there. My rank was 1400 and I was easily able to apply for the college. Even people with 9000 rank are there in this college woth their SC/ST category....Read More
