Remarks

MNNIT Prayagraj is one of the best NITs(Best in North India) and better than many IITs. Placements are undoubtedly great. Almost everyone get placed in good companies. Top recruiting companies like Goldman Sachs, Flipkart, Amazon and Adobe visit campus every year.

Course Curriculum Overview

Quality of teaching is good, though curriculum is quite old. Most faculty had their PHD from excellent colleges like IITs and some from foreign colleges. And professors are really helpful.

Placement Experience

Campus placement are excellent for software branches. Almost everyone gets placed in good companies. Average salary for CSE/IT is around 17-18 lpa with highest of 49 lpa for year 2020.

College Events

Infrastructure is quite average since most of the buildings are old. But campus life is awesome. You meet with different people from every corner of India. Almost everyone is part of one or another club like robotics, aero, gnosis(quiz club), cc club or part of cultural committees like - Marathi, Bengali, Rajasthani, Western, Bhangra and many more. Various sports like basketball, volleyball, hockey, football, chess etc are practiced in the campus. Avishkaar is the technical fest of MNNIT that takes place in September and Culrav is the cultural fest which takes place in March. Also, MNNITians believe in social work and helping others. 'Anokhi Pahel' provides free education to students of class 1-12. Also, we have Rotaract Club which performs social activities like organizing blood donation campaigns and distributing food and clothes to needy.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure of all NITs is more or less same. Total fees for 4 years is around 9 lpa. For sc, st and students with family annual income less than 1 lpa, tution fee is negligible. Students whose parents' yearly income is less than 5 lpa also get concession in tution fee.

Hostel Facilities

There is only one hostel for all B. Tech girls. All rooms are double-seater which are honestly small for 2 people. All basic facilities like wifi, canteen, general store, laundry is available inside the hostel itself. Unlike general, mess food is good and hygienic. Food is provided four times a day i.e; breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner.

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam,the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.

MNNIT- A path to Bright Future

One of the important reasons for choosing this college is because of its unique and brilliant placement records. and also it is one of the best NIT in North. Basically I want a college that is not much distant from my state Haryana and should be good also and this alligns perfectly with my scenarios. Talking about the admission process, first you have to clear JEE Mains with a good rank like for CSE your rank be between 1K to 9K . If you want to take admission in this college irrespective of any branch you rank should be under 30K. But this data is not fixed , it changes every year depending on the difficulty level of JEE Mains. and then apply for the JOSSA councelling and there you can keep this college in your choice an dif your rank is good enough, you will get it.
