Overview of my college

Overall our college stand good position in NCR and among reputed college throughout country.

I got admission here via JEE Mains Rank in 2013. My rank was 90,000 approx, I opt for this college because it is much better college in NCR other than IIT and NIT, and rather take admission in UPTU colleges it was the best option.

Course curriculum of this college is good, it matches with the curriculum of NIT's, mostly from NSIT, Delhi. It provide good knowledge of your respective branch and here are many labs in each semester which provide practical knowledge and If we are talking about research then course curriculum is good for it.

No, our college does not provide internship but only this year 2016, Wipro come for providing internship with stipend of Rs 25,000 /- but it only this year and I am not sure for future.

Yes, Job opportunities are great here but only for Computer science and IT branch. Around 45 companies come here and CS & IT students are allowed in sitting in all companies but ECE students only in some. some major companies are Amazon, Infosys, cognizant, Deloitte, Kuliza, wipro etc. Min. job offer here is Rs 3.5 lac /- but most IT companies offer from Rs 5 to 8 lac, except Amazon which offer around Rs 25 lac/- but it vary every year for amazon like this year it offer Rs 27 lac /-.

There are many events organized in our college: Tech fest, Fresher's, Ebullience, Impressions (main fest), Dandiya night, Theme night. Impressions is the biggest of all is a 2 day event and every year different music bands and Dj's come and Yes, they are all famous. We had sunburn, supersonic, The Local Train etc.

Fee structure currently is quit expensive. Detail fee structure for Jiit, Noida: Tuition fee- Rs. 70000/- per sem, Development Fee- Rs. 60000/- per year. Hostel Charges* (incl. food & laundry)- Rs. 52000/- per sem, Caution Money(one time & refundable)- Rs. 10000/-.

I don't know about scholarship provided in college because I don't any student with scholarship but ya officially some criteria for scholarship for very selective students. you can find those on official website if Jiit.

Campus life here is good. first of all, Ragging is totally banned here and fighting and all those kind of activities are not entertained. Gender ratio is about 1 girl on 5 boys approx. Here is no playground for football and cricket so, students have to play cricket in tennis court, there is basketball, volley ball, badminton court as well and Table tennis and pool table are also available. our college have electronics and robotics society and they are pretty good at their work and debate is one of the strong part of college because JMUN is very famous in whole NCR.

Hostel facilities here are very good here. Here are Double sharing room,each students provided with a bed, almirah, table and chair. Sanitary condition of washrooms are very good,and WiFi speed is also fine enough for buffering YouTube video in 720 p. Mess food is okay not very bad but not very good.As you know how are hostels mess food.

No, I have not any connection with my alumni so I can't say about it but ya we are connected with our alumni via social network.

Exam structure here is that there are 3 exams per semester, t 1, t 2, t 3. t 1 and t 2 have less syllabus but t 3 has whole syllabus and labs are very frequent here but it's not like that every day is very hectic some are but some not depends to your timetable.

Faculty here is very qualified and have great knowledge about there respective subjects but as like most colleges most teachers don't know exact way how to teach students. Only faculty from Human resource department have very good attitude and know there way to teach but others are not very good at this but It is the problem of almost all colleges.
