Remarks

Because I did'nt get computer science engineering through jee-mains in any good college. And this is my home town so my father forced me to join it and I had a under 100 AIR for this college's entrance exam so I could easily get computer science here.so I joined it and during the orientation programme I came know that A.M.U was offered to get accreditation to become iit just like B.H.U in 2009 but they refused the offer whatsoever the reason may be this is what they said in orientation so it lifted up some spirit after failing to get into top engineering college

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is quite updated and not too hard but not a cake walk either. Faculties aur well accomplished like my digital logic (C0C2070) prof. M.m.beg Is alumni of UCLA with gate AIR90 has done M.Tech from iitd and memmber of all india engineering council and a wonderful teacher,and prof.sharjeel has done p.hd from Boston university and almost all has done p.hd from good foreign universities various research paper publications. So faculty is good.

Placements are not great but decent like one of my seniors sagar khatri got placed in amazon in banglore with 29LPA and one hussain zaidi got placed through his internship in microsoft in 3rd year itself. And few have got into GSoc like rahul and few more.

College Events

Hackamu is the annual hackathon organized not too great but good to be a part of. Zarf annual cultural fest with standup comedy, and all that happens at one. Campus is very large nearly 1100 acres and green. Zhcet formula1 club which makes F1 cars has participated internationally with rank 71.then theres robo club,auv(autonomous underwater vehicle) club,amuoss(open source software development club) and many more cultural clubs. So extracurricular is good enough.

Infrastructure is not great academic wise like they are good but not as great as iits but rest infrastructure is best in country after all A.M.U is one of the top universities of india. Like there's olympic size swimming pool,international tennis court,olympic size athelitics ground and an enormous auditorium.

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam,the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.

ZHCET,AMU is the best choice of my life.

I have not applied for any college but I have given jee exam and amueee but I selected in amu so I haven't seen any other college. The admission process is simple you have to give the test amueee and if you are in selected list then good if you are in waiting list it depends how much waiting number ...but approx 600 waiting will clear every year ..and you have to pay fees online on that day after you see your roll no.in firm list available online on amu exam controller....Read More
