Remarks
The college is located at a very well known and a safe place, the college also organizes many student programmes like college cultural and technical fests like zodiac, workshops to improve in the field we want to progress in. It has many different places to visit in its vicinity. The faculty in the college is also very student friendly and cooperative. The placement cell also takes many efforts to bring good companies to gore students from the college, the average package of the students is also very satisfactory. It has also been accredited 'A' rank by NAAC. It is one of the top engineering colleges to go in in Mumbai. Just the drawbacm is the canteen is not very satisfying and the basement of the college is a little but suffocating due to lack of ventilation attributes.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our college is under Mumbai University, and Mumbai University syllabus is a bit outdated, but college makes sure to conduct workshops to cope up with the correct pace of rapid growth of technology. Most faculties are helpful, like Rohini Ghule ma'am, but there are some faculties who are not very cooperative, but over all every faculty is good.
Placement Experience
Many companies visit our college to hire students some of the companies are, L&T, TCS, Udemy, Upgrad, Tech Mahindra and many more. I have some alumni friends who are placed in these companies. There are also many start up programs done by the students. Recently a student from out college got an international placement from Japan and offered him 14 lacs salary.
College Events
As this was my first year, and corona pandemic broke so this year's fests were delayed so I wasn't able to experience it. But I saw them on YouTube and they were fairly good many celebs like Shirley setia performed in our fests. I attended sports activities and they were awesome.
Campus Life
It has a very big big library, almost every book is available there and about 300 students can study there at once, the college is not centrally air conditioned. It has very good ventilation above the basement as it has many windows and big balconies. College is equipped with centralized WiFi. Sports facilities are fairly good, our college takes part in different tournaments like reliance youth group and different sports like cricket football basketball, also organizes in campus sport tournaments and has a ton of games, the committee is also very friendly. The labs are also well equipped, some computers in the computer labs don't work but there are many pcs which do so not a big deal.
