Admission in this college for MBA is through CAT and XAT score and shortlisted students have to go for GD/PI round. I have chosen this college because My CAT score was too enough to addmission here. Also, my own uncle is professor here who suggested me and told all the pros and cons of this college which made me came here. Also The placement records of this college are excellent and are comparable with the placement numbers of IIM Kolkata, IIM Indore, and IIM, MDI. Events are conducted throughout the year, which includes cultural, technical and sports fests, guest lectures, workshops, company visits etc.Auditorium, classrooms, and lecture halls are well-equipped with all the major facilities. Hostel rooms are available on double sharing basis for both boys and girls. Quality of food available in the mess is also good. Late night food options are also available. Library and common rooms are easily accessible for group projects.

We have one the best faculty members that a B-School can have. Most of the faculty members have prior industry experience and hold PhDs. Due to the great faculty members, the college has become the powerhouse for operations and supply chains and is known as Mecca of the supply chain.NITIE has two main events. There are other events as well which happen throughout the year like business case study competitions and annual and semiannual sports meeting as well.

NITIE has excellent placement records. Close to around 200 companies come for summer internship and final placement. The companies offer various covered role in the domain of operations and supply chain. The highest salary 50 LPA and the lowest was 10 LPA. Average salary 15 -20 LPA. Top recruiting companies -Amazon, flip kart, hul, nestle, itc, coca cola, EY, godrej, KPMG, Asian Paints Roles - Project manager. 100 % internship was offered in the same companies mentioned above.

Overall, Campus life at NITIE is just amazing. One of the events is the annual business meet called Avartan where industry leaders and students from top bschools come to participate in various competition. The other event is Arohan which is the annual cultural event where we have a footfall of over 5000 students.Students can participate in the annual interaction event called B-Cube where they get a chance to meet experienced industry professionals. Events like Group Discussion and Personal Interviews are held. There are photography and strategy & quizzing clubs for students. The international relations committee works with foreign universities to conduct the Student Exchange Programmes for meritorious students.

Fee structure for PG course is 590000 per annum. Now Talking about scholarship, GATE qualifiers will get Teaching Assistantship (at present Rs.12400/- per month) and contingency expenditure as per rules. SC/ST candidates are granted Central Sector Scholarship as per the scheme of Govt. of India. Any student entering the postgraduate Programmes whose total family income does not exceed Rs. 2.50 lakhs in the last financial year shall be eligible for 30% waiver in Tuition fee (Academic Charges) under the Scheme.
