Remarks

SMVDU is best college in Jammu. It is better than many NITs. The college has superb Academics. The college is situated in Katra. I kept this college in my preference of Josaa Counselling.The college is amazing.

Academics is also good and all the professor are expert and have sufficient knowledge. The curriculum and syllabus is same of that of IIT Delhi and always updated as per the requirement and also keeping placement in account.

The campus placements are not so impressive due to location of college. But still few students got placed in some companies which visit our college.

Campus area of academics is about 56 acre and include hostel, grocery, residential area and other like helipad and all. Students are engaged in NSS, dance, robotics and many other as per branch. All staff and teacher are supportive and can handle emergencies surely.

Nice and Unbiased review of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Katra

I have applied in many colleges and I also get seat in them but the only reason I use assembly because the college is close from my home. Just because of travelling purposes I choose this college. The admission process in our college is not very difficult. The only way to get admission in the college by csab counselling and by college internal counselling.The cut off of the branch is 60 percentile for general students. I don't get any rejection from any other colleges....Read More
