I was always into the tech part of things. Iliked to see different machines and also i liked the fashion industry. only one course suited me and that was this one. also the college is quite modern and friendly.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very sorted and well designed for effortless work flow of both student and faculty. the academics are not that much tough but it is more likely to be interesting wherein we discover many different field related stuff. We are not restricted in one field and are fully free to explore other departments also. The faculties are very supportive and friendly.
Placement Experience
many big fashion companiees like van heusen, louis phillipe, raymonds, allen solly visit the campus offering job opportunities to the eligible. we get on campus job offers. the alumni tries to work hard to provide thir sub ordinates a good job and work flow space with decent salary package.
College Events
The campus life is quite interesting and fun in my opinion. we have a lot of co-curricular activities. we celebrate every festival with pomp and elegance. we also like to do music jamming sessions where every year student participate.
Fees and Financial Aid
the college offers NIFT Sarthak Policy, where in the students that are underprivileged are given a chance to study and the fees is paid by the government. It goes like under 6 lacs gets 25% scholarship of the fees. under 4 lacs gets 50% of fees scholarship, under 2lacs, gets 75% of the fees returned
Campus Life
We have a 8 acre land based campus. we have two grounds for football and volleyball, one basketball court. we also have a gym. also the campus is fully equipped with high speed wifi. we have a full fledged library and cafeteria. also every department has its own lab.
Admission
for Bachelor of fashion technology, one needs to appear only exam, general Aptitude test. it is a 3 hour test that contains English, math, Gk and general reasoning. I took the exam in the year 2019 and I secured the rank of 101 general
