It's one of the best state government University in the state and its very old and good reputed. In 2022 college celebrate its 100th anniversary and its very good for chemical engineering and my college have other seven branches which comes from Chemical engineering such as Plastic technology, paint technology, food technology etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
I m in chemical engineering and i chose that bcz it's famous for it.and the reasons for this is the faculty. There are highly qualified professors. Our HOD is very famous amous other good chemical engg colleges. Placements are also good.
Placement Experience
Placements in HBTU is different to different for every branches as some branches placements are very good, some are average and some are very bad like civil engineering.
College Events
There are many which are organised in an year like adhyaay cultural fest in the month of October, sports fest in the month of March. Mainly every book of syllabus is available at the library but not in the quantity as students. There are many clubs which all are run by students like literary club, hobby club, dramatic club, Entrepreneur Cell (E-CELL) etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
When i took the admission the fees structure was 98300 college fees(70000 tuition fees+other). 48000 hostel fees and it's increases every year. U can get the scholarship if your family income is less than 200000 pa. No min marks required.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel bulidings are good but approx 4-5 KM from college. In room there is a chair, a study table, an almirah. Food in the hostel is below average a/c to taste but quantity and quality is good.
