Remarks
The college is a Sikh minority college and is under Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee. It is one of the topmost engineering colleges of GGSIPU University. The Computer science Branch of the college is very famous for its good placement records The college follows the GGSIPU admission process which is on the basis of the rank in JEE mains.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose computer science because my primary aim was good placement and this branch offers that. There are 55-60 children in a class. Teachers are well qualified mostly from NITs and IITs. There are two types of examination, sessional and end-term and overall each subject is of 100marks for theory and 100marks practical.
Placement Experience
Placements are conducted for final-year students. More than 100companies visit here for placements including some of the top companies. More than 80% of students get placed every year at decent packages. The highest package offered was around 28LPA and avg package is 3.5LPA
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the college are less than that of most of the other colleges of ipu. Total course fees for btech is around 5lakhs. Minority scholarships are available for Sikh students and govt scholarships are available for reserved category students.
Campus Life
Great campus life. Annual fest conduct is GATES usually held in the month of Feb/March. Famous Punjabi singers perform here It is usually a 2-3 day event. The library is huge and has all the relevant books Classrooms have proper desk and benches All sports team are present but there is no sports ground in the college
