Remarks
I had a dream of doing an MBA in the HR field. When it comes to HR, SCHMRD is one of the best colleges in India. The only thing that I didn't like about SCMHRD is that the college has no proper campus for its students. The admission process was very smooth. In fact, I can say, the best process that I have ever attended. The admission process starts in November and it lasts till March.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had a keen interest in the HR field as I was really passionate about this profession. The faculties are really good and well experienced which helps us in retaining the concepts. The faculties give more emphasis on practical application rather than theoretical knowledge. The faculty to student ratio will be 1:10. SCMHRD follows a semester system.
Internships Opportunities
The companies that are visiting the campus are reputed ones. The kind of companies coming to the campus is very diverse like fmcgs, consulting, it and finance companies. The roles also vary depending upon the type of projects one person gets.
Placement Experience
The placement scenario is good only in SCMHRD. From the 3rd sem onwards the students are eligible for the placement process, The other details can not be revealed by me because of confidentiality. Almost 100 percent placement every year,
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the college have increased by more than 20 percent as compared to 2019. As compared to the fee structure, the facilities are not sufficient. But I would say it's worth paying 21.37 lakhs. As MBA is not about what you will be after 2 years, it is all about where you will be after 10 years. The placement scenario is good and it can be compared with other b-school colleges. I am not supposed to reveal where I am placed.
Campus Life
Yet to join the campus. Thanks to Corona. But I heard from the seniors that the campus life is very good and all the basic infrastructures are there on the campus. SCMHRD has a very good and diverse library.
Hostel Facilities
Yet to experience. But the hearsays that I have heard from our seniors are good only. The meals, rooms and the common hall is well enough to spend times. The registration process for the hostel is very smooth.
Interview Experience
Yeah, there was a group exercise and a written ability test before PI. In WAT, we had been provided with a current affair topic and in GE, we had been provided a topic to have a discussion about and to come up with a conclusion. Self-preparation for the process.
