Nostalgic experience

College Management was good at that time, but the management was not able to get enough companies for the students placement.

I cleared UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam), I secured a good rank but my parents were not allowing me to go outside Mathura So I joined this college.

Course curriculum was according to UPTU (Uttar Pradesh Technical University), So there was no issues with the course curriculum. Every Semester was having a elective subject from sem1 to sem 8. So there was enough choice for the candidate to choose their subject in every semester.

No our college was not providing internship so no stipend was given to the interns. I did the internship from outside the college.

Placements was not that much good from the college end. Some of the companies came to the college for hiring students and the package provided from them was max to 2 LPA and the companies came for only some branches like CSE, IT and EC but for Mechanical and Electrical no company was there to hire the students.

There were so many events celebrated in our college like college Fest, foundation day etc. Many technical events were there like Robot fights, and programming skills. Dance and dramas were being played by the students on different events. There were sports events also, In January , it was the time for sports. Students participates in those events to show their strength and endurance.

Fee structure was feasible according to me, it may not be feasible to some other students, actually it depends on the income of your father. Fee structure was according to UPTU for the exam fee. The fees for the first year was 1 lac and for the 2nd year was 85 thousand and for the third and fourth year was 65000 each.

College was providing a scholarship from the UPTU. I never got that scholarship because it depends on the income of your father. If you are not that much capable to pay the complete fee you can pay it in two chunks.

Campus life was so much fun, The ratio of boys to girls was 70 is to 30. Everyone was free to say his/ her words to the college management by the suggestion box. There were so much activities organised by the college like sports events, college fest etc. So many dances and dramas were being played by the college students in the college functions.

I was not a hostler, I was a day scholar but still I know about the hostel life . The hostel facilities was fine. There was a gate pass system if any student was to go out from the college. The food provided by the hostel mess was not that much good.

Senior students are so much helpful, they helped me a lot to get my first job. My first job was in the same company where my senior was serving.

Exam structure was so good, after completing 2 units of the syllabus there was unit tests for every subject so that students can prepare every unit properly. After completing the whole syllabus there was Pre University tests to go through complete syllabus. Labs was so much fun and enjoyable, there was a proper lab for the subjects requiring labs in it.

Faculty was so much intelligent and helpful. They believe in practical way so the focus was on doing practical was more. They provided ample time after classes to solve the problems. They way of teaching was so simple and the manner was so good, so that everyone can understand easily.
