1) Brand name. 2) Educational Quality is very advanced. 3) Registration fee is quite high which makes it a risky decision to apply for the college. 4) Admission Process is smooth but the dates are fixed and are not changed if any clash happens with other colleges. 5) I looked into Quora, Pagalguy and Facebook pages for getting more information about the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
1) The curriculum is pretty inclined with the market demand 2) The way of teaching is very innovative and efficient. 3) Faculty members are sincere in providing quality education. 4) Faculty members have great industry experience and are PhD scholars with multiple research and thesis which helps in gaining more knowledge about the practical world.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides us with an option to choose Internship opportunities off-campus or on campus. The companies include Cognizant, Tata Steel, Nature Land Organics, Xiaomi, Mi, NatWest Group, The Outlook etc.
Placement Experience
The college provides Summer Internship and Campus Placements for students. The Summer Internship starts from the first month of entering the college and makes sure that each student gets an Internship. The Campus Placements starts in the second year in the fourth semester. Jobs are available in all segments, from Marketing to Strategy, Operations, Finance, HR, which is further divided into various roles within these segments. Companies visiting campus includes Hero, Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Dabur, Bain and Company, Cognizant etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee of the course is somewhere close to Rs 16 lakhs. The fee is distributed on the basis of the term by term and is collected in six instalments. Scholarships are available to below the poverty line people, the physically handicapped people and on the basis of caste. The college has a tie-up with various banks which provides proper financial assistance to students in taking loans.
Campus Life
The college is very active in organising annual fest and events for the development of students. The annual fest " Infusion" is organized on a very big scale. The college has a very organised library which is rich in up to date knowledgable articles and journals. The college has various clubs and committees which are highly active in providing knowledge and building competition among students.
Interview Experience
My Interview Panel consisted of 2 panellists. My Interview started with an extempore on the topic " The recent Delhi Elections". I was asked questions related to my educational background and was grilled on my favourite topics. They asked about my projects and internships and the learnings I got from them. They further asked about my expectations from the course and the college. I was provided with an Interview Guide by the college well before the interview date which helped me in understanding the pattern of the interview and be prepared well in advance.
