Remarks
It was referred by a senior brother of my home town. The admission procedure was smooth and an amount of 50k was submitted at starting. The environment and skill development led me to this college. Placements were also decent based on skills.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had a tilt towards computers from school days which led me to choose computer science and engineering as a stream. One faculty was always available on 20 students. All the professors have a p.hd degree and possess all required qualifications for teaching in engineering college as directed by aicte. Two sessional exams held every one month and a put exam before final exams were held by the college.
Placement Experience
As soon as a student enters into the 7th semester they become eligible for placements and can apply to companies visiting the college. Several companies such as amazon,byju's, Jaro education, niit technologies, TCS and Wipro are some of the major highlighted companies to visit the college for placements. The highest package achieved in 2020-21 was 8.00 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees of 1st year were 1,25,000 which hiked by about Rs 1000 per year. Hostel facilities are also available to both male and female students at a reasonable and fixed cost which include mess and laundry charges. National scholarship and state scholarships are available once a student applies to them.
Campus Life
A sports fest named "udghosh" is organised every year in March. It is a 2 days event in which several sports and competitions are organised. A singer or a celebrity performs on the closure night of the fest. The library is available for students and opens all the time with a wide range of books. All sports are played in college and different communities have been formed for the same. A PTI is present to ensure the same. Nukkad Natak and dance clubs such as envision club is also present in college.
Hostel Facilities
All type of rooms is available for students to be it 1,2 or 3 seaters. 24*7 electricity with water supply is provided in the hostel. Cleanliness and hygiene are also ensured. Mess menu is prepared by students themselves and 4 times meal is provided to them with strict timings. Security for both male and females are ensured and a ragging free campus is ensured.
Interview Experience
A general interview was taken by concerned facilities and a topic was provided to test public speaking which for me was "Diversity of India". Some basic questions were also asked and then a test was conducted which was needed to be qualified by one to get admission.
