Remarks
Good- Location, placements, opportunities Bad- Campus size Admission process - WAT, BAQ, Extempore, Interview in the month of February the website used- Quora, Pagalguy I preferred this college over others for the advantage of location, placement records, and faculty.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course for the scope it has in the future. The faculty for the course is also very well-versed with the latest trends in the industry and teaches us the same using the relevant methodology. Faculty : student ratio: 1:60 The faculty is very experienced and teaches the concepts using the latest and relevant case studies, simulations, role-plays, etc. Exams are held nearly every month and all the concepts taught in the class are tested.
Internships Opportunities
The companies that visit for summer internships include- HSBC, Asian Paints, GEP, Nestle, JLL, Unofinance, CRIF for profiles like marketing research intern, business development intern, Finance Intern, Investment banking executive intern, etc.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placements from the first year itself around the month of August. The placement average is 9-10 LPA. SIP Average - 20,000 Per month Companies that visit for placements include Gartner, HCL, IHS Markit, KPMG, HSBC, Asian Paints, Nestle, Dell Technologies
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are quite high considering the lack of hostel facility at college. Also, the International Immersion Program to Singapore which is mandatory for all the students is included in the fee structure which justifies the structure. The scholarship is offered to students who have availed of education loan facility and score 7.5 CGPA and above in the first trimester.
Campus Life
There are numerous committees, centers of excellence, and special interest group in our college. They cover almost all of the specializations. Cultural committees that organize the annual cultural fest, i.e, Genesis also exist. Some of them are Think Tank, FORE Sports and Cultural Division, Nexus, Centre for entrepreneurship development, FOSTRA, Special Interest Group - Human Resources, Special Interest Group - Marketing, FEFF, etc.
Interview Experience
Yes, there was a written ability test, Business awareness quiz, and an extempore+interview for the admission. The written ability test is usually on abstract topics while the business awareness quiz is conducted in order to test the student's business acumen. Extempore is held to test the spontaneous thinking ability of a student. The interview is based on more or less the form they ask you to fill during the application filling process.
