FORE School of Management, New Delhi accepts both CAT and XAT scores. So if a student does not perform well in Cat he has the Other Chance to Score in Xat which Occurs after 30 Days. There is Various Cut-off for Different Course in FORE School of Management, New Delhi, As for Core Course the Cut off for Cat and Xat is between 86% to 90% there are other Courses Such as International Business, Financial Management and Big Data Analytics. Fore School of Management is located in the Capital City of India, Delhi and it is Surrounded by Multiple B-School and other Universities, Such as IIFT Delhi, IMI Delhi, IIT Delhi, JNU Delhi Etc. It has a strong Alumni Network and has a legacy of being over 40 years old. The Batch size for the Flagship program is 180 Seats, for IB Course 120 Seats, Fm Course has 60 Seats and New Started BDA also has 60 Seats. The Important thing is that Fore School of Management has Umbrella Placement, So there is no difference between Core, Ib, fm and bda.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course Remains the same for first two Semester for all the programs, then from third Semester onwards, Students gets the chance to Study Subject in their interested field. Here a Student can choose Two Specialization of their Interest and Some Filler Subjects as well in other Domain. Course Curriculum is Structured in this way so that Students get the Basic knowledge of all the Domain in the First Two Semester and then afterwards he/she can choose the Specialization. Faculty Members are Highly Qualified and Come from IIMS and Tier 1 Colleges with some Industry Experience. I have chosen this as I have done my Engineering in Computer Science and So I was looking for a combo of IT and Marketing, So I found this Course really interested. In every Semester 2 Times exams are Conducted Mid Term and End Term.
Internships Opportunities
Fsm also Provide the Summer Internship and Live Projects for the First Year Students right from the First Semester. Some of the Companies are Asian Paints, Gep, Nestle, Capgemini, Newgen, Uniofinance, Signify, Roseate Hotels, Fortis Healthcare Etc. and 250+ Companies visiting Campus. I have got the 3 live projects from FSM Delhi. There are Various Roles offered by these companies such as Consulting, Marketing, Product Manager Intern etc and Highest Stipend offered was 75K and Median Stipend is Around 20 to 25 K.
Placement Experience
Placements are pretty good in FSM, Delhi and Placements Starts Right from the beginning of Term 4 When Students Comes after Completing the Summer Internship, Some of the Students Receives the PPO Offers while Working in Summer Internship. Some of the Companies are ITC, GEP Worldwide, DHL, Asian Paints, Gartner, Nestle, HCL, Infosys, KPMG Etc. and Around 150+ Companies Visiting the campus and thus having 95% Placements form Campus as Some of the Students Opt-out. The highest Package is Around 21 Lakhs and Avg package is around 11 to 12 lakhs per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees Structure is Quite Good and not to Costly Which is 15 Lakh for 2 years for all the Courses Core, Ib, Fm and Bda in Which it Covers one Subject which is Studies in Singapore. FSM has a tie with Singapore B-School i.e. NTU Singapore so the Whole Batch goes to Singapore for 2 weeks and no Extra fees are required. Everything is included in the Fees. The scholarship is also provided to the North East Students and those whose Family Income is less than the 7 L.P.A.
Campus Life
Campus life at the fore is very good as it lies in South Delhi. FSM has Around 30+ Committees and Club so a student can join the clubs of his/her interest. These Committees Conduct the Event throughout the Year, So a Student can Participate according to his/her Interest. Annual Fest (Genesis) is Conducted in February for 3 Days, where every Committee organises the Events. Books are availed by the Library to a student at the beginning of the Term to the Students. As Campus is Small so there is no playground but College as tie up with Some of the Sports Complexs.
Interview Experience
Criteria are the same as with other B Schools FSM takes the CAT and XAT Scores. If the students get a good Score in CAT or XAT more the 80% he/they is called for the GD-PI process which is Conducted in Multiple Cities of India. GD is Conducted between 10-12 peoples and Current topics were given in it then after this those who are Selected are moving forward for the PI Round. In PI Rounds Interviewer Evaluates the Candidate thoroughly whether he/she is fit for this Course or not. You can prepare for these Round on your own, you need to brush up on your Communication Skills and some General Knowledge.
