The candidates are first shortlisted on the basis of the CAT/XAT/GMAT scores. The college does not have a Group discussion round but conducts a written analysis test. It is continued by a Personal Interview. The interview focuses on various aspects including your graduation, work experiences (if any), hobbies, goals, etc.
