Remarks
Some of the most beautiful aspects of the college include the title it holds-'Mecca of Marketing'. The two-year residential program is highly inclusive and not just classroom-based. The campus is yet another icing on the cake. It's amazingly attractive and soothing. There is graffiti art all around the campus. The red bricks building looks like heaven during MICANVAS, MICA's annual fest. The placements and faculty also form the forte of the college. The negative aspects of the college is MICA trying to be a B-School and less of a C-School (Creative School), due to which it is losing its edge in few fields. If a person is not a marketing lover, a true one, It's difficult to survive or grow here. This place is not for fickle-minded people. The location is yet another con.

Campus Life
The campus is very artistic, student-driven and creative looking. I had a lifetime experience here. Case studies from Ivy universities are used in the pedagogy. It has got all amenities- an auditorium, wi-fi enabled campus, canteen and many recreational facilities. The student clubs include SCAM, SANKALP, MICANVAS, TedX MICA, STUDIO 7, MIQUEST, MICOMPASS etc. The student government committee is MCSA. The alumni association is MICAlumni.
Interview Experience
We had a personal interview and a group exercise. The topic of the group exercise was to create a boardroom and explain the importance of hand sanitizing to primary section kids. It was a fun exercise. We acted, sang and explained a story format to make to look comprehensive and easy. The PI questions included my short term goals, my hobbies, a few questions about the Harry Potter series, a comment on the growth and popularity of OTT platforms and my opinion on Trump-China tensions. The tip to prepare is to stay well-read, read about various ad campaigns of various companies, taglines of companies and a stronghold on idioms would do great.
