Remarks

Academic is strict here, but placements are really good, also it is a good college among private colleges in north India. Admission is done right after jee main results are declared. LNMIIT has its own website where one can apply for admissions.

Course Curriculum Overview

Because of kneen interest in computer science engineering and also due to high industry demand and high packages in this branch I choose CSE. There are about 500 students in a batch, teachers are really helpful. There are mid-semester exams and end semester exams also some quizzes are there according to the course.

Internships Opportunities

Amazon, Flipkart, adobe and some more companies provide internships with stipend some internships are within college only. Projects depend on company bases college projects are based on AI ML and some more new Tech.

Placement Experience

Placement is decent according to private colleges average package of 13-14 LPA is there for internships students can apply in 5th semester, Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung, ZS associate are some of the companies highest package is of 59 lakh around 80-90% student got their placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a 10% fee hike every year it is quite high. Financial assistance is provided to some students BPL and other scholarships are there. One can get the job as a Teaching Assistant by getting good grades in particular subject labs.

Campus Life

There are 3 fests. Vivacity- Cultural fest in January. Desportivo- Sports fest in January. Plinth -Technical Fest In January. Books are there in the library and ac library is provided digital elevated classrooms are their football field, basketball court and cricket grounds are there.

Hostel Facilities

Boys hostel have Single and double rooms there are 3 mess and food is okay not so good but not so bad hostel have AC ducts water coolers table, almirah and bed are provided. The registration process is simple and it is included in the admission procedure, they take an undertaking and fees for the same.

Interview Experience

No such questions are asked admission process is done by JEE_MAIN rank and there are 3 rounds for counselling. All they need is some documents and your jee rank no any question is asked. No Interview nor any Group Discussion were held.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

I applied to Thapar, IIIT Kota, IIIT Sonepat, IIIT Bhopal and BITS Pilani. Thapar has very large batch size so I did not chose it. IIIT Kota does not has a permanent campus so I rejected it, for IIIT Sonepat there has been a decrease in its value from previous decade so I rejected it. I got rejected from BITS Pilani due to low score in BITSAT. Admission process is good, only JEE Mains scores are considered and some Rajasthan Board toppers quota is there. I applied for Jaypee college noida , Manipal University except lnmiit . I got confirmed admission in Jaypee .
