Remarks

Bhawanipur is one of the best for their various work course. It also keeps us in focus with our stream. it provides lots and lots of opportunities though it has a small campus than other colleges but has ground on another side (not attached). I had preferred this college for its great ambiance and those extra opportunities. It has a simple merit base admission procedure. For B.com it has a huge number of seats more than 1600. , so u can easily get into this, and it's also in the budget than other private colleges. Collegedunia itself helped me knowing the college. I will give 4 stars out of 5 only cause of being a small campus or else it deserves 5 stars.

I studied commerce in 12 so did I opt for b.com and also those who studied in CBSE OR CISCE this college is great for u as all the conversation and communication is in English it would be a complete relief for us. Teachers are very helpful they helped us a lot by teaching us practical methods.

Yes, it has internship opportunities with Internshala. Which I came to know recently. many companies come to show their work and make us learn those so we could be working with them as interns.

Placement Experience

As I am in the 2nd sem I didn't yet know about the campus or placement But I heard that a much-renowned company comes to heir us ..ex. TCS, MTV, many others. Almost 60-70% of students get the placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

At first, during the admission, it cost me around 25000 including 1st sem fees. And then from each sem around 23700. It provides scholarships if u get above 85%. Which I failed to get, as I didn't have that many marks. As I am in 1st year I didn't yet know about the campusing

Campus Life

It has s great ambiance through the campus. The classroom r fully air-conditioned, clean and properly arranged, it has a separate hall for meetings, labs, dance halls, playrooms gym, etc, there are many groups and collectives u can join to learn and know ur hobby.

I didn't opt for these as these wrre my last prefrence. And my college have beeter work course and ambience than these and also feesable

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
