Glimpse of life at IMS Noida

I choose this college because of its faculty, as my friend's sister was already studying there. It's also nearby my home. I find every convenient service that wants. The campus is also near and clean. There are no such issues of ragging or bullying. The college has a nice cafeteria and library. The admission process is pretty seamless. It's based on first cum first serve basis. There are different test, based on which you can get scholarships. Hostel facilities are also provided. It's an on-campus hostel for girls and off-campus for boys. I preferred this college over others because of the convenience of travelling which will save me time and money. I come from a business family and always wanted to start my own venture. I knew that for starting a business in the 21st century not only finance but knowledge is also equally important. I asked my counsellor in IMS NOIDA, that which course should I do. They really helped me a lot. I was not afraid to take any decision, they made it so seamless. There are about 50-60 students per faculty. The faculties are highly specialized in their field and they pass the knowledge onto the students very efficiently. We've to give external exams after the semester ends which means every six months. And internal exams are held every 3 months.

I'm still in the 4th semester but the students of the 6th semester are getting their placement offers. And there are some big MNCs which recruit student as freshers from our college. Talking about name, we have, amazon, Allen Solly and many more reputed companies. The highest package offered is about 14 lakh for a fresher. Almost 60 % of students get recruited at the end of their course. My plans after getting the degree are to do a startup and also continue my family business.

Fees structure haven't hiked even in the pandemic like COVID-19. College understands the financial problems of every student and gives ample time to clear out all the fees and dues. This year there was no fine on late fees and also the attendance debated was waved off. There are various ways through which you can pay college fees. There is the option of bank transfers, cash payment, NEFT and through every kind of mobile wallet also. These college fees also include library card issuance and also books for the whole semester. There is no such name for a scholarship, but yes you can give entrance, where you can get scholarships uptown 40K. The average package that a fresher gets is around 3 lakh annually.

There are several fests held in this college all around the year. We have an annual sports meet held in the month of February, where many colleges take part to compete in sports like cricket, football, volleyball and many more. Many dance competitions are also organised. There are 2 libraries on the campus which are big enough to accommodate 300 students at the same time. They have each and every book related to any subject thought in college. The classrooms are huge enough to accommodate 100 students at a time with ample lighting and ventilation. All classrooms are airconditioned and also have many fans. There are several clubs in which you can enrol as per your interest. For eg, cricket club, football club, dance club, art club, theatre club and many more. There are endless opportunities to show your talent.
