MIT inspired by life

It has very good student projects and technical and nontechnical clubs which help us enhance our skills. There a lot of places to visit in Manipal in just about 6-7 km. The teachers here are excellent. They have wonderful labs which have one of the best machines.

I choose the college as I had read reviews and some of my family members had also graduated from MIT. The faculty to student ratio is very good it is about 10:1. All the teachers have done their M.tech and P.hd from IITs or NITs or other top colleges of India. The exams are very timely and they are very particular about the exams. The exams are not at all difficult conditions applied you have to study the motes properly.

From 7 th semester, you become eligible for placement. There were a lot of companies and we check them on the official site of MIT. Almost 86 percent of students were placed in good companies. My plans after getting a degree are to pursue M.tech with the help of GATE.

The fees are much more than other private colleges like VIT and SRM but each penny you are going to spend here is worth it. The cost to study for b.tech would come to about 22-24 Lac. But don't worry the teaching quality is awesome and you won't feel bad about it.

The annual fest which we have is called Revels and it is held each year between March and April. The tech fest which we have is called Tech Tatva which is generally held between August and September. The Central Library at MIT is a delight to the students. They have every book or journal which we can ask for. There are group and individual study halls which provide a very nice environment for studying. The campus has very good sports facilities. The tennis and badminton courts are literally awesome. The cricket ground is such that you are in a stadium. They have two football grounds and one hockey ground. There are more than 80 student projects, technical and nontechnical clubs. The student projects are run by the students. The college spends more a two crore on them each year.

The hostel is excellent they provide all the basic facilities. The room has a bathroom with western class and there is a shower and all. The rooms have a fan and a bed with mattress only and a 7 feet tall wardrobe with 2*4 base. The food at ate mess and food courts are above average and the food is limited. For registration for a hostel, there are proper portals made for them.
