Remarks
The college offers different varieties of courses to the students. And also this college was very near to my house so I took admission here. One should walk into the Jayanagar office and the faculties will explain about the courses offered. I preferred this college as it offers the same course in 2 different batches i.e. morning and afternoon. I got to know about this college from my friend.
Course Curriculum Overview
I love to cook so I choose this course. The ratio of faculty and student is 1:30. All the faculties in this college are very well qualified and have very good experience in the hotel industry. Final exams happen once the semester is finished and the unit test happen every month.
Internships Opportunities
We get an internship in the 6th sem. Students who are very good get in 5-star properties and good and average students get in 4 stars and below properties. Properties such as Taj, Hilton, Oberoi, Leela, Marriott give us internship in their properties. The internship lasts for 4-6 months.
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. Top 5-star hotel properties such as Leela, Oberoi, Taj, Marriot, Hilton etc. give us placement in these properties. The package depends on one's ability, knowledge and skills. The minimum percentage is 55%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for one year is 72000, one can pay in three instalments i.e. 24000 at once. One will get a scholarship if you have good attendance, a good academic record and your attitude with faculties. They can go for part-time jobs.
Campus Life
The campus organizes cultural fests like the Onam celebration, Pongal celebration, Dussehra celebration etc. There is a library on the campus. The classrooms have centralized AC. Sports day is organized.
