Symbiosis centre for management and human resource development, Pune is one of the most prestigious management institutes in the country. Symbiosis conducts the SNAP entrance exam every year for admission in January each year. This Institute has a name packable placement record, a great alumni base and one of the best faculty and curriculum.

I am pursuing MBA in human resource as it is the flagship program of this Institute. The entire curriculum is divided into 4 semesters. The course is very rigorous and comprehensive. The faculty here is very qualified and modern teaching pedagogy is used. Students have to appear for end terms and midterms in each semester.

Many of the reputed organisations also visit for internship and live projects such as Bajaj fin corp, BMW, Siemens, etc. The average SIP stipend is approximately is 2.5 lacs for 2 months. Students also are open to accepting offers from outside campus.

The placement record of this Institute is very lustrous and decorated. Reputed organisations such as P&G, BCG, Bajaj do come as prominent recruiters. The average placement package is approximately 20.6 lacs which goes up to 38.8 lacs the highest package. Approximately 95% of the students get placed through campus recruitments and certain students also at for self-employment and entrepreneurship.

The fees at SCMHRD is A bit on the higher side, being approximately 18 lacs for the two years program. Apart from that, it is a residential program student do have to opt for hostels. Group discussion is generally on current and business awareness topics and maybe an aggressive one.
