Remarks
I have chosen to attend this college because of the experienced teaching facility. And it's a reputed college around my city. The entrance exam was conducted in two different modes: through AP EAMCET that's through the government of Andhra Pradesh and other AUEET that's through Andhra University College Of Engineering. I have chosen the second mode because of my late declaration of the 12th result at that time. After giving the exams and announcing the results we get our result sheet and our relevant documents for the admission process. At the admission, they give the choice to chose the courses they offered and we are on the merit list of the course, then we will get enrolled. As I earlier mentioned this college has some reputation and because of the experienced teaching facility. And here we can improve the habit of self-learning. I heard about this college from my father as also completed his distance education from the same university.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had chosen this course because I was interested in this course. After I completing my 12th I had decided to take this course. In my college the faculty: student ratio is about 1:58. Because of the other works which our faculty had we have a chance of self-learning. And most of our faculties were research scholars or they are doctorates. A very few faculty members join as contractual faculty members. The Teaching method is absolutely nice. And during the examination period or after the completion of their syllabus portion, few faculty members gave reference materials. And coming about examination we had a mid-semester exam every 1-2 months and after 4-5 months we are having our semester exams. And exams were moderately tough. And it all depends on our level and style of preparation.
Placement Experience
In this college, the students get eligible for campus placement after the 6th semester or sometimes the 7th semester. And Companies like Wipro, Infosys hire the maximum number of students for an average package of 3.5-4.0 Lakhs per annum, And few students plan for their higher education by giving GATE,GRE, IELTS, And very few students have some startups, And this college provides support to the startups who helps students dealing with their curriculum, My plan is joining some MNCs for some decent package and later pursue higher education,
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fee Structure is different for two kinds of students. First is for those who joined this campus through AP EAMCET the total fee was Rs. 10000 And there will no hike for them, And the fee for students through AUEET is 165000 And it is hiked about 9-10 % every year but that fee amount is applicable for those students who joined this college in that particular academic year. I do not get any scholarship or stipend from this college but those who have annual income less than 100000 get their fee reimbursed through government schemes.
Campus Life
On-campus, it was a pretty awesome life. We had limited opportunities to conduct any fest or tech fest. The last fest and tech fest was to be conducted was ANUSANDHAN which was held in March 2020. In this college, we have a library which contains a lot of books and journals which were very helpful to us. And talking about amenities in the classroom it's a pretty simple classroom with enough technical equipment. And pre-covid there were sports activities which were conducted during Department Day Activities And Few Competitions held some organizations like AP Government. And coming to club activities there were AU United which is a cultural club and Commuincons which is primarily based on English Proficiency.
Interview Experience
I have only a written test that had similar topics like mathematics, physics, and chemistry. And it contains a total of 100 marks and the time limit was 1 hr 30 mins (approx]. And I prepared for this exam along with JEE(Adv] because I was qualified for JEE Mains under my category.
