Remarks

My admission process started in July 2017. The reason why I have chosen this over other colleges is this is a University so that I can get more chances here when compared to other colleges not only in academics but also in extracurricular activities. I visited the college website and selected this college. One good thing about this college is infrastructure and all other lab facilities we were provided and the bad thing is out's is the first batch to pursue B.Sc in this University so we are not provided with all the extracurricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I have chosen this course as I am interested in Statistics. Most of our faculty are experienced along with a PHD. We will have mid-exams twice in the semester, internal and external lab exams along with that. To get passes in the exam we need to get a certain ratio in internals and externals as well and 50 is the pass work out of 100.

Placement Experience

2.5

We got placements from some companies and some of our classmates got placed in some of them. But most of our classmates preferred to go to higher studies. The average package as of now is 3 Lakh per annum and it will improve further as this branch is started just 3 years ago. Many of our classmates went for higher education after this course only few are working now.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our fee structure when we joined is 30500 per annum. We did not get any scholarship as it is affordable. But there is an increment in the fee for the next batches and they will get merit scholarships based on their inter score. I didn't get any job but attended two drives and reached till the last level but I lost the opportunity.

Campus Life

4

Our campus contains a library and there are plenty number of books available for all the students from different streams in the University. We can either go to the library or bring them with us for few days if we want to read them. We have a classroom with proper seating for all the students and projector for teaching purpose. Mahotsav and Srujanankura are the biggest events conducted in the college every year and students get alot of opportunities to participate in that. There are clubs like organizing club, dance club, music club, sports club students can join in any of those clubs of their choice. There is council called VUSAC Vignan University Student Activity Council which deals with all the student's activities conducted in the college led by students.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

We are provided a room which is clean and it is cleaned everyday. Every floor will have a water tap for drinking purposes. The hostel fee is 100000 per annum. Hostel maintenance in this college is really good and food tastes very good and the mess is very hygienic. They provide transportation in the afternoon from college to the hostel.

Interview Experience

3.5

There is no such Group Discussion or Interview to get th admission. Intermediate with 60% is enough to get admission. At first, we have to attend counseling and they will verify all the certificates and then confirm the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I picked Andhra University BSC MPC because the subjects lined up perfect with my 12th physics like mechanics and first year, chemistry, inorganic organic physical maths with different equations and salt geometry, plus some computer basics.was flexible for my side hustles ,, no daily college hassle It sets you up decent for MSC or MCA later or government exam like SSC banking with all that analytical stuff, even because IT jobs, material jobs? Mostly theory, no real project, python AI stuff employee want now, so you got our sales teacher extras for that. They should add lab sims online, more coding, practical may data science options.videos are too short longer ones with example for self study Exam twice a year kind 2 quizzes/assignments, person for 30%, big and exam, 70% and December/Jain and June/July, not Too hard, 40% if you read books and assignments, most of us cleared first go/lazy ones repeats

Placement Experience:

There are placement opportunities offered in the University but it is pretty low compared to private Universities. Companies like TCS, jio mart, Ramoji Film City often visit here for placements. As far as I heard the highest placement offered was 6LPA to an economics student. I plan to do MBA after my Retail management course.
