A good college for study but not good for events management and worst for placements.

I have selected this college for my admission because this is trustable college as my elder brother also got his degree of BBA in 2016 from this college only. I selected this college because it is also affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University CCSu as all the colleges of Ghaziabad are also affiliated with it. So going to another college was not suitable as this college offers the same program in average half of the price compared to other colleges. There are some colleges which provide the same program with some fewer fees but it was far from it.it is nearby my home and also affordable, so I selected this for my admission. Admission is done via an online process which they have done on their own. Documents needed were aadhar card, 10 mark sheet and 12 marks sheet only and one form of their college admission which was of 200 rs. I came to know about this college from my sibling. This college is good as its infrastructure and staff is good and well educated. But somewhere it lacks in events management

I opted for this course as I'm interested in establishing a business and for that BBA is a good concern for making my dream wider. In this college, there are just enough no. Of faculties as all faculties are not changed as per the change of subjects. Just some teachers changes and some remain same for other subjects also. But the main thing is teachers are well qualified and know good ways to teach students so they get proper knowledge. But as usual, some exceptions are always there. The ratio of faculty-student is 1:50, as normally 1 teacher used to take the class of 50 students at a time. Term exams are in each semester i.e., after every 6 months and passing in exams is not that much difficult if you know even something about that subject except few subjects of practical or numerical. Passing is quite easy in CCSu compared to other universities.

From semester 5, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like zomato, Amazon, Flipkart, Dell, Lenovo, and some more come but with limited offers. The highest package was up to 21 lakhs in our history of this college. And lowest is up to 2 lakhs also there. Only 20-30%of students get placements and others have to struggle for a job. As BBA involves the study of establishing a business so I plan to establish a business after getting my degree and not opting for a job for my future.

Fees in this college are taken per year in a yearly based way. The student can pay their one-year fee in a maximum of 2 instalments of 50-50 payment. For BBA fee is 70k for the first year, 70k for the second year and 60k for the third year i.e., in 2 lakhs you can get your degree. Sometimes scholarship is given to students who have more than 60%in their 12th class. And the scholarship can be up to 50% which means you will have to pay only 1 lakh for your BBA program. Job satisfaction is not quite good in this college as that many jobs are not offered by this college as compared to students in this college. We can estimate only 20 -30% of students get jobs by college, in that only 10-15% gets a higher package. Otherwise, you have to struggle on your own for the job.

There are no annual fests conducted in this college, don't know why. For books and journals libraries are well maintained and updated. For library 2 library cards are issued of use in reading or issuing of books. Classrooms are also well maintained but no air conditioning facilities for classrooms. Whiteboards are used in the classroom and projectors are also available in each classroom. Sports events are often conducted on campus and a good no. Of students take part in it and there is always a certificate for participants and prize for winners. Clubs are run by students but not so developed or updated as they are not given high concentration by students themselves.
