Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is really good. They follow lab taken to class pattern. Every semester mini projects are carried out in every lab which is known as "Project based Labs". Students from 3rd year can join in research groups & carry out their respective research in their interested field.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, college provide internship in the end of 2nd year. Most companies doesn't provide stipend. If if provided it is not more than 8000/- . They send students to different companies with different industrial experience. They even provide internship for final year students to go for internships on major project.
Placement Experience
Placements are quite good. But not upto the mark as they mention in advertisements. Mu Sigma is the first company to come & gave a package of around 6-7 lakhs. It is provided in slot 0. Wipro, Infosys, CTS came as slot 1 companies & provided a package of around 3-3.4 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship is provided by the college. Upon excellent performance in +2 & entrance exams. Loan facility is not provided by college but can be availed from banks.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network has great connection from seniors. Everyone are connected in a web known as "KLUALMACONNECT". They provide useful information through the network & give suggestions & extend their hands to help their juniors. Even they provide referrals for employments.
Exam Structure
Exams are the crucial part. A minimum of 40% marks should be acquired in internals & attendance of 75% should be maintained in order to attend semester exams. Assignments will be frequent, quiz exam, internals are conducted in periods. Lab assessment is done every week on the project carried out. Talent acquisition tests are conducted to test the knowledge of students.
Faculty
Many specialised phd holders are available for teaching. Many assistant professors with MTech degree are present in the campus. Freshers with no knowledge are taken as assistant & associate professors. Senior faculty are less in number. Discipline is the most important thing which is followed by each & every person in the university.
