Our beloved college

To be honest I was very much fascinated by the faculty whichever was there. Moreover, all the staffs including the back office staffs were very cooperative. At the time of admission which was in 2018, they explained each and every detail about the course and the curriculum. Moreover, they said that whenever we’ve any problem regarding academics or any other aspects we can tell them without any hesitation. Regarding admission, we’ve to carry our 10 and 12 mark sheets along without the entrance examination result.

I was always inclined towards MBA so decided to pursue Bba. Our batch strength was around 90 and we had 5 subjects in each semester apart from the final semester in which had only four subjects. All the teachers are highly qualified and experienced. They are always inclined towards the betterment of the students and also maintained a friendly atmosphere so that we can become comfortable. But there were no excuses in the studying aspect. Our semester exams would happen every five months. Any student who pays proper attention and takes down the notes sincerely can easily score good marks without any difficulty.

Our college does provide placement but it is not that high a placement. According to my the best plan after completing Bba is to go for an MBA which will increase the chance of getting a very good placement. But saying this we do have a placement cell that continuously gives us details regarding any placements and the interested students can opt for it.

At the time of admission, we had to pay around 16 thousand rupees which included 14 thousand admission fee and 2 thousand dress fees. Apart from this, we had to pay 28,500 per semester and 1200 exam fees per semester. According to my, this is one of the most budget friendly colleges in Kolkata. The college doesn’t provide any scholarships. Regarding placements, there are various opportunities in various industries including Kotak, Jio, etc.

Every year in the month of March we had our annual fiesta in which all the students from our department participated. Apart from this we also had various cultural activities on all occasions such as Holi, international language day, Durga puja and many more. Moreover, our department participated in various inter college tournaments which included cricket, football, pubg, etc
