Galgotia college of engineering and technology is near the national capital hence providing better opportunities for my future with a very reasonable fee structure and well-defined management always ready to help. The campus has well-defined buildings for various needs. New admission gets started in august I got my admission through merit-based selection for that I applied through the college website you can also apply through the AKTU exam with the cutoff needed you are eligible to get admission in GCET. This college has an excellent placement record in western UP the faculty here are very good always helpful and some of my friends and relatives have studied there and got the excellent package through college placements all in all this is a very good college in every aspect with a very reasonable price.
Course Curriculum Overview
I did BCA and like to work around computers thats the reason why I persuaded MCA as it will get me a job in its sector. The faculty here are great they are always available to help whether it is course-related or outside of course they help in every way possible. Some of the teachers have done Phd in their respective courses some are persuading Phd some has mastered. In each semester two seasonals and an internal practical are held for the perceptions of the exam.
Internships Opportunities
I was fortunate enough to intern at companies like HP and Hdfc bank, where I got a chance to apply the theoretical knowledge to the real world. It was a great learning experience. I did my internship from mid-November to the last of December it was really a great experience.
Placement Experience
MCA in itself is a very employable course. The college ensures that every student has thoroughly learned the subjects. Big brands like Paytm, Hdfc, Icici, etc come to college for hiring freshers. Upto 80 to 90 percent of students get placed in different companies
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is quite reasonable. I find it completely justified for the value. Internships and placements are lucrative too. Companies like Paytm, hdfc bank, oppo, etc. Comes every year for placements
Campus Life
Campus life is excellent. It's a quiet good and learning environment. The college is located in a semi-remote location so traffics is usually not a big problem. It has a well-defined library structure for different branches of students.
Interview Experience
In the admission exam, the topic of group discussion was the rise of covid cases and how to deal with the same. Other criteria are merit-based selection and through the AKTU exam. In the merit-based selection, you have to apply through the college website for the aktu exam mathematical and logical questions are asked.
