Remarks

Good Aspects- The college provides the students with a very professional atmosphere towards a bright future. The teachers and faculty provide any and every help the students want or need. The college provides the students with a number of very interesting extracurricular activities. Bad Aspects- Although I haven’t encountered many drawbacks, The very few I have come across are a not very good canteen and limited parking area. The admission process for me was very smooth. I got a seat in the college on the basis of my UPSEE rank. I preferred this college over others as it is one of the best colleges in AKTU and has a good placement cell for my stream in Engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I opted for Electronics and Communications Engineering due to the following reasons-: Choosing this stream gives a hold over both the technical and the hardware sector since it provides us with the studies of both the electrical and the computer software systems. It is also an unexplored stream with less competition and great opportunities. The student to teacher ratio is approximately 45 students to every teacher The teachers and faculties are very highly qualified and are majorly pass outs of IITs and NIT’s. The exams were commenced offline and the exam centers were colleges under AKTU The exams weren’t very tough to pass but to score very well was quite a task.

Placement Experience

3.5

The campus placements for students are available only after the 7th semester (in the final year of graduation) and students only with all cleared backlogs can appear for placement interviews. A number of reputed firms such Samsung, Amazon, Kratos, Zia Semiconductor, Adobe, Hp, Tata Consultancy services, etc. Visit the campus for on-campus placements. Although not a very high percentage but around 40-45% of students achieve a placement through on-campus interviews. After graduation, I mainly aim at appearing for the GATE and the PCS entrances and for higher studies but a good placement might attract me.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of my colleagues are pretty much accepted as compared to other same-tier colleges. Our college although being private still provides the students with very affordable fees and a number of scholarships as a number of students come from a backward area of Uttar Pradesh. I am a fresher in the college so jobs on campus are one thing I can’t answer but as a number of seniors have already told the on-campus placements is pretty commendable.

Campus Life

4.5

The JSSATEN organizes a very grand sports fest every year. Since I am a very enthusiastic sportsperson and play several sports, this fest for me is a very wonderful one. The Library is one of the most peaceful places in the college and I find many of my classmates grabbing there a place after our lectures. The sports faculty in the college is one of the most appreciated sectors of our college and has maintained a very good reputation throughout the years. The college is home to several various societies like sports, music, dancing, dramatics, robotics, computer, and several other amazing societies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.
