Review on LIET

I found this college via neighbours, later I got to know, even more, when I started exploring this college through some website of my college(LIET). the college was extremely close to my house and as I visited the college I realized that it is very good, these were the initial pros that attracted me towards this college preferring it over other colleges. The admission was based on AP EAMCET rank. After the admission we were laid into the hands of very helpful and supportive faculty, here the students are nurtured with extreme care. Besides the college is having very good playground, canteen, well organized CSE labs and up to date. The only con I found was that here the students are given over caring and less freedom other than that the college is very good.

I choose BTech, CSE. I have always been attracted to technologies especially towards programming thus long determined that this was the course I wanted to opt for. In LIET we have highly qualified faculties taking good care and making sure that we learn every possible aspect as clearly as possible. Enough time is taken to teach a particular topic making sure that we can easily understand it. We always have regular tests and assignments to keep us prepare for the semester exams.

There are various internship opportunities provided by the college. Most of them being the campus ambassador programs by various organizations like Coding Ninja, Internshala etc. They are also very very supportive regarding off campus internships personally taken up by any student.

LIET students do very well in campus placements. Most of the students get placed every year. Companies like HP, TCS, Infosys, IBM are among the recruiters. Students are often placed with an average salary of 6LPA.

The fees for B.Tech are extremely low in LIET as compared to any other private engineering college here, i.e. 35000/ total year . There are also special schemes for students with low income like Full-fee reimbursement provided by AP government.

LIET is a clean and good campus for a private engineering college in the middle of a city. It has two blocks, one block for the mechanical department and one with five floors building consisting of all remaining branches, a ground, a canteen beside the mechanical block. We also have cultural fests and events organized by our college. LIET also have various clubs too, Dance clubs, Photography clubs, Coding club etc. College life is extremely good and exciting. The faculties are extremely helpful and supportive.
