Best non IIT college of central india

Placements are awesome, highest package 62lpa, avg 10.5lpa, even in circuital branches and mechanical it is 85+ percent Placement. The campus is good, the main building is awesome, the facilities are ok, not that great but the ambience and people are gold. Faculties are great, senior professors are full of knowledge though teaching skills are as usual poor. Food is also good, though hostels are less in number still food there is really good, with non veg and veg facilities, snacks etc. The bad thing is we don't have a proper number of hostels, most of the students stay outside the campus. The admission process was pretty simple, apply through josaa, visit the campus and you will be guided really nicely there. If you want a balanced college and personal life and along with it you want a great alumni network and good placements opportunities even at the rank of 10k+ in jee main, then this college is for you, for rank less than 10k obviously there are better options. I know this college since childhood.

If you love mathematics and problem solving then cse is the right choice for you, also you want to learn the future technology, cse is for you. Faculty to students ratio is not that good ita 1:28 but the quality of the Faculty is really really great All of the professors are PhD from good iits and top nits Exams are something that comes every month with varying difficulties.

Roles are mainly software engineers Companies like Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon, de shaw, Flipkart, Wipro, Infosys, info edge, Deutsche bank etc gives internship opportunities every year. Only programming knowledge and dsa is required with basic development projects

First of all, in 2021 we have gate rank 1 both from mining and metallurgy, also we have plenty of students above 98 percentile in cat, highest being 99.99, now coming to placement, if we consider bio tech and bio med then it is 70 percent otherwise it is 80+, in cse and IT, it is even 100+ yes, highest being 62lpa in 2021 and average is 10.5 LPA. So placements are awesome, even those who didn't sit for placement opt for higher studies and do well there bcos of lots of quality coachings at Raipur.

There is no fee hike policy as it is a national level government college. The fee is 135000 and 32000 per year for academics and hostel respectively. But if your families annual income is less than 5lakh then your fees will be 50k only and if less than 1lakh then 6500 will be your fees.

Central India's largest cultural fest eklectica, we have lots of celebrities and a large number of footsteps in our college. Special mention, aiims ki ladkiya aati hai. Tech fest is really nit level, aavartan, you can see a lot of innovations there. The library is we equipped and huge, we have a central computer centre with hundreds of computer free to use for 12 hours a day. Classrooms are smart well ventilated and cool. There are hell of lot of clubs for everyone, drama, debate, literature, sports, dance, singing, IEEE, robotics, TEDx etc.

Rooms are well cleaned and ventilated. The meal is great and balanced with non veg 2 times a week. Hostels are cheap but we get it on a merit basis, only 20 out of 100 students get a hostel, based on results But locality is full of pgs and flat, you will easily get one at a very cheap cost.
