Best private college of MP.

College management is quite restrict about their policies.

I appeard for PET and got 972 rank. I was eligible for 2 govt colleges including MITS Gwalior and JEC jabalpur. But I chose LNCT because of its good reputation.

The course was good. But in India there it not much scope for ECE guys as compared to IT. If you want to do something in EC field you should crack GATE or prepare for PSU. But I was unable to do so. So most of us (My batch mate ) ended up working in IT.

Ericsson came for the internship. It selected students based on ranks. After the internship Ericsson hired the students at a handsome package.

Placement opportunities are good. But they vary every year depends upon the market condition. TCS, Infosys, CTS hire in bulk from LNCT. From our batch around 200 were selected in Infosys. And rest were placed in different companies. They also arrange pool campus for there students.

There were lot of events were organised during my tenure in LNCT. Every year there was anual event in which participants were invited to take part in different competitions. The other colleges participated in large numbers in those competitions. Also cultural events were also organised in every semester.

The fee structure was little bit expensive as compared to other private colleges. The management takes the advantage of there reputation for collecting the high fees. Also if you are going through management quota or some other quota you have to pay even more. They will not leave any chance for getting money from you.

I don't think that there is loan facility is provided by college. You have to take loan from the banks. I took education loan from the bank.

The gender ratio is decent in LNCT. The equal importance is given to both boys and girls. The campus is safe for girls the management is doing a Good job in maintaining the atmosphere.I haven't noticed any kind of misfortune there. There are different clubs which actively participate in social activities so that students get the chance to interact with outside world.

In LNCT they provide hostel only for one year. The hostel is there in college campus itself. The hostels are not that good. At our time they were not atleast. The food which was provided in the hostel was totally dependent on the vendor who takes the contract of the hostel. The quality was good in beginning but it degrades with time.

College seniors were very helpful. They helped me a lot to grow socially. We were the part of social group of our college in which we do social work.

Exam structure was not too hectic. We got enough time to prepare for the exam. We generally got aleast one day gap between the exams. The labs were arranged at the different time so there were no pressure of attending the lab and exam at the same time.

The faculty was well qualified. In LNCT masters is necessary to be selected as faculty. The important thing in LNCT that there is much focus is given on study. Every faculty tried there best to explain particular topic. If you want to gain some extra knowledge they will help you in every aspect.
