Remarks

LMCST is a good college in my point of view. The classroom is well established which plays an eminent role in polishing us to be the perfect managers of tomorrow. Our faculties are doing their best in molding every student for achieving our goals and for our transformation, especially our dean and class coordinator are really inspiring and constantly looking forward to making us the future of tomorrow. Lmcst provides a good hostel facility but regarding the mess, I rate average and sometimes really poor. The center of attraction of the college is the library. About the classes, most of our classes were online, but we got many big opportunities to attend the webinars of many great business personalities, celebrities related to business, interaction with aluminum, and we have gone through many management forums. I got a great opportunity to be part of the International Conference on Young Leaders Build Campaign conducted by Habitat for Humanity.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course helps for transformation is to become a manager not only to rule a business but manage our today and tomorrows. Faculties keep a good relationship with students and constantly looking forward to the upliftment of every student. There are 56 students and 8 teachers in the MBA dept. 3 of the faculties have a Ph.D. and the rest of the others hold a master's degree along with NET qualification. Their teaching is satisfactory for me and our dean is extraordinary bcoz she is 24*7 working for us.

Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

In the end, semester students will be eligible for campus placements. Byju's app, Technopark, TCS, etc. Abh packages are above 40K 80 % of the students get placements. To become a perfect businesswoman.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are fine but in the covid pandemic, we don't get any advantage valuable for the money we paid bcoz we attend 90% online. I am currently not receiving any kind of scholarship, financial assistance, and stipend. I am currently a first-year student and have not attended any job fair so far.

Campus Life

No tech fest or annual fest was conducted so far bcoz we admitted to the college on the covid pandemic. The library has enough books on our syllabus based and journals too. No extracurricular activities so far bcoz we celebrated online classes only. LinkedIn and YouTube channel on daily news reporting

Hostel Facilities

There are rooms for doubles and triples. They provide a single bed, a table, and a chair and a good study room are also common to all students. Meal quality is average to poor. Hostel registration is done in the office and it's run by sisters. Hostel rent needs to be reduced. Kuttichal.

Is XIME kochi worth joining to pursue PGDM?

Placement Experience:

Good Placement actually depends upon the students only. The crowd inside the college should be highly capable and enthusiastic for learning. The problem at XIME is not the placement but the crowd and quality of students. The college have proper placements process. Centralized placements across the three campuses are followed. Although students need to pass certain criteria to sit in the placements such as maintaining a particular GPA.

Great College with Best ROI

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

The admission process is really good. Students having a valid KEAM rank can get other fee reductions and get on management and merit seats.
