Remarks

The college has its new permanent campus. Classes are going online due to the pandemic. Each class is for one hour. The teachers are quite good. Can't tell more as I haven't gone to college till now. Admission is through the Entrance exam( Jee Mains). The date of the admission was 2 November 2020 for the new batch only through counselling. Due to some choice filling mistakes in my counselling by me I have got this college. Although I am happy with my college. I have searched on college Dunia and many other websites for review after I got this college in counselling.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Basically, I haven't chosen this course. This has been given on my score in Jee mains. There are 2 teachers for each subject. In my branch, there are 36 students. Altogether there are 176 students in my year 2020. Teachers are well qualified in teaching. Some of them are researchers also. Term exams are held after 2 months as our classes are going online. Question asked in exams are from taught chapters and are subjective.

Internships Opportunities

4

Companies such as IBM, Samsung, Internshala, Infosys, cerium systems, Larsen and Toubro, Tata, McAfee, Volkswagen etc. Visited the college every year. For placement, there are basically 5 rounds. Round 1:- (aptitude, technical MCQ, cope snippet MCQ, coding). Round 2:- group discussion. Round 3 and 4:- technical interview. Round 5:- HR interview.

Placement Experience

4

I think from the 7th semester onwards, students are eligible for campus placements. Nearly 30 companies visited the college and no of jobs offers are more than 40 percent. The highest package is 17 lakhs and the average package os of 6 lakhs. Nearly 40 percent got placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

As I belong to the OBC category, So for me, the fee details of each semester are accordingly. The tuition fee is 21,000. The institution fee is 7,000. The hostel fee is 4,000. The Alumni fee is 500. The identity card charge is 100. Caution money ( refundable) only for one time is 5000.Final degree certificate fee (refundable) 1000. Total fees 56,000. To date, I haven't applied for any scholarships.

Campus Life

2.5

As college has not opened till date after I have taken admission in the college due to corona pandemic.so, I don't know about the college annual fest, tech fest. No information about books in the library.Don't know about sports and extra cirricular activities on the campus. I haven't seen my college with my naked eyes.Nearly 6 months has gone but i don't know about my college.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I have not tasted the food in the mess. Might be food will be good. Hostel fees are 4,000 per semester when the college opens we gave notification about the hostel as the college has not opened due to the coronavirus. Our college has its own new permanent campus which is under construction. we will be shifted to the new campus at Jote, Arunachal Pradesh after college opens.

Interview Experience

3.5

No there are no group discussion and interview. Admission to Nit's is through passing Jee mains. There are 75 objective questions in Jee mains Paper. Paper is in online mode and for 3 hours.25 questions from Maths,25 questions from physics,25 questions from chemistry. Each question is 4 marks. The total marks are 300. There is negative marking also,1 marks will be deducted for each wrong answers. If anyone gets above 160 marks out of 300 there are eligible for admission in any nit. But if you want a good branch in nit then you should have to work hard and do well on paper. I have worked hard for Jee mains, I have joined Resonance (Kota) for the preparation. Every day I have studied for 8 hours and now the result is in my favour although I haven't got a good nit I am happy.

The course curriculum was good. But it should be better by including more practical and site visits for better learning. The exams were not that much difficult you can pass easily. Exam frequency was also good

The Electrical Engineering course curriculum is quite comprehensive, covering key areas like circuit analysis, electronics, and power systems, which has well-prepared me for real-world applications, although incorporating more hands-on projects and industry insights could further enhance its relevance.

The campus scenario is improving day by day but it is not still upto the mark. Many companies come for hiring but most of which offer only average package of 4LPA which is very less compared to other colleges. Highest package ranges from 8-10 LPA.
