A lot of opportunities

Most of the IIT's have same opportunities like best placement-cell, Entrepreneur-cell, Reasearch, best campus, etc. Advantages :- 1. More research oriented than other IIT's 2. Deep learning 3. Flexible curriculum 4. Courses of other branch can be done 5. Plenty of opportunities 6. Good package . . . . And the list goes on The only disadvantage is it's tough curriculum (On the good side tough curriculum is helpful for future courses, learning, reasearch, jobs, etc.)

Electrical Engineering in IIT KANPUR includes EEE and EC i.e. Electrical, Electronics and Communication; so it's best course which IITK offers. Also the job opportunity is in various fields such as Reasearch field, core electrical or electronic or communication, IT & Software, finance, analytics, etc. Most of the faculties are very chill. Faculty is very well educated from various renowned institutions. Most of these faculties are pHD holding and also from foreign institutes. IITK has tough curriculum but grading is relatively so ''Chill hai''.

There are various interships offered in IITK. But you should have a good knowledge about the internship for being selected for it. Interships are majorly for 3rd year students, however 1st and 2nd year students can also opt for interships. Projects plays an important role in your CV or Resume for interships and ofcourse job.

Official placement is at the end of 7th semester in December. Moreover, pre-placement is also offered after internships. Interships are offered in 3rd and 4th year. However, 1st and 2nd year students are also eligible for internships but they don't have much knowledge and experience at this earlier stage. Many well renowned companies Congress for placement, also there are many foreign job offers. My plan is to opt for reasearch or core job or job in AI field

Fees - 138000 for 1st semester And then 118000 per semester for other semesters. There are various scholarships. Also SC, ST & OBC(income below 1lakh) have 1 lakh fees relief per sem. OBC (income between 1-5 lakh) have 66666 fees relief per semester. Chill hai
