Remarks
The good thing about this college is its campus. The bad thing is the food quality, no hostel. You can admission here on the basis of your CGPET score and then counselling on CGDTE website. If not NIT IIT then GEC that's what the student thinks.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose EEE because I genuinely have an interest. See you will get more than 1 teacher for most of the subjects. Especially in chemistry, we got 5 teachers in the first sem. And talking about the total no. of seats in each branch it's 60. See teachers here are highly qualified and experienced but one thing that I personally feel is that some of them have a lack interest in teaching. Passing the class test exam here is easy. 2 class test will be conducted and then the final sem exam.
Placement Experience
You will never get the full details and correct stats from any college about their campus placement. All you will know is from your seniors. And what I heard is that from now on good campus placement have started. Still, not more than 10% can get satisfied campus placements. But not to worry because nowadays we have opportunities to get placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
It will cost you around 20000 per sem hostel and canteen fees not included. Because they don't have a hostel. The scholarship is according st, sc, obc and general. St sc can get much relief in fees because it's a government college and if you are in a general category then do the hard work because only 2 out of 60 students per batch gets scholarship on the basis of academic performance.
Campus Life
You will enjoy the campus life here. Of course not like Bollywood has shown college campus life. You will get a good collection and availability of books in the library. One piece of advice from my side is that you explore yourself in every kind of extracurricular activities, do try something new. Play sports even you don't know much. You will get some group club made by seniors.
Interview Experience
You don't have to do any gd or interview for admission. Only one written test called CGPET on basis of which you will get the admission and by chance, if the exam gets cancelled you will be selected on basis of your 12th marks. After the result, the only thing is counselling which you can apply online in CGDTE and then wait for your selection. If not selected you can apply for the next round too.
