Internship opportunity

It is a girl's college it was my first preference to get into. Hostel, mess, environment that was positive and so good over there. Talking about the study that syllabus is totally provided by RTU(Rajasthan technical university).so that is similar for all RTU affiliated colleges. In my college faculties are so friendly, understanding and helpful.

I choose civil engineering . I want to explore the construction field and I want to design these structures. The faculty ratio is 1:10 i.e. quite good. Talking about exams it is fully dependent on the RTU curriculum . 2 mid sem and 1 end sem exams in each semester. practical exams are also there. Most faculties are postgraduate and head of departments are PHD holders.

I can say college doesn't provide an internship but if we find it on our individual so college allows us to continue that. College is also providing a facility to join any coaching for Govt. exams. If someone is really needy so college provides some internship on their own apart from college guidelines. Various site visits and technical visits are arranged by the college.

I can placements are not that good for the civil department but apart from this, it is good for other departments. All other students were mostly placed The highest package was in the EC dept. i.e. 22lakh per annum in Goldman Sachs. After this 12lakh per annum in Cs Dept. In Bosch. So I can say this is a very good package for freshers.

Fees are 70000/- per yr for study fee and 70,000/- for hostel fee. If we got more than 80% then there are scholarship criteria. Initially, we get some scholarship based on the 12th marks. Later on, we get on semester marks only. No stipend facility within the college for the graduation programme.

All the books and journals are easily available in the library and a study room is also provided. Pioneer club is there for all students Various competitions are held on different occasions. Aagaz is a fest that I can remember now but there are various other fests also. Fresher's party, farewell party, sports week all these are celebrated yearly. In a technical fest, all other colleges are also invited to participate in various curricular activities.

Rooms are properly spaced .two beds, two almirahs, fan, table chair all these basic facilities were there. For cooling, ducts are also provided. Gyser and solar geyser in winter only. A common washroom that is properly cleaned twice a day. Water cooler on each floor Lift facility. Indoor badminton and gym. Proper cloth drying area. The lobby is also quite spacious.
