Remarks
SCMHRD is one of the top B-Schools in India which has AACSB accreditation and offers full-time MBA core, MBA Business Analytics, MBA Infrastructure Development and Management, and MBA Executive programs. The entrance exam for the admission process is SNAP that is conducted 3 times and registration for the same opens around September end. The cut-off criteria are different every year for different programs. Based on the SNAP score shortlist, the WAT/GD/PI rounds are conducted very smoothly and final admission is offered based on the cumulative score of the process.
Course Curriculum Overview
SCMHRD has a strong faculty base that includes both permanent and visiting faculties having strong expertise in their subject matter. The vast alumni base of SCMHRD comes to take guest lectures and conduct workshops that give great industry exposure to the students. The faculties are very supportive and have very rich academic and industry experience. The course structure of MBA in Business Analytics gives students corporate exposure to Business Analytics. The course curriculum is designed under the guidance of industry experts working in the Analytics domain with a strong foundation of programming in Python and R along with data visualization tools like tableau.

Every student gets placed with good companies for their summer internships. The top recruiters include Brillio, Colgate Palmolive, Loreal, HUL, Aditya Birla Group, GSK, Wipro Technologies, and many more from various industry sectors. The average compensation offered is around 1.49 lakhs and the highest being 3.2 lakhs for summer placements. The college also provides many live project opportunities to students.
Placement Experience
The college has a proven track record of 100% placements in both finals and summers. The placement process is very well organized. Most of the top companies from every sector visit the campus for both summers and finals. The list of top recruiters includes Colgate Palmolive, Cisco, Aditya Birla Group, Brillio, GSK, Loreal, Wipro Technologies, IBM, HDFC, HUL, and many more. The average compensation for the final placements is around 15.7 lakhs per annum and highest being 38.5 lakhs per annum. The average compensation for summer placements is around 1.49 lakhs and the highest being 3.2 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The MBA in Business Analytics program has a fee of approximately 17 lacs including mess and hostel fees for 2 years full-time residential course spread over 4 semesters. The MBA flagship program has fees of approximately 21.5 lacs including mess and hostel fees. The fees are slightly on the higher side but the return on investment is worth it.
Campus Life
The campus has all the well-equipped facilities and other infrastructure that students require. The campus and all hostels are fully enabled with Wi-Fi. The program is residential and so all the facilities are available at the hostel including the attached bathroom and room cleaning service. The Wifi enabled library provides access to more than 24000 books, about 2000 audio and video CDs, DVDs, and International and National periodicals. Apart from these, various database access like EBSCO, Euromonitor, Bloomberg Terminal, etc is provided to students for research purposes. The auditorium is fully air-conditioned with a capacity to hold 300 people for various events and guest lectures. The campus includes a well-equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, a yoga center, and sports arena for various games like basketball, table tennis, badminton, cricket, etc. There are around 15 committees and clubs that are managed by students themselves that take care of various events like NEEV.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel includes a 3 room sharing with an attached bathroom and room cleaning service and laundry service. The meal is provided 3 times a day in the mess. The quality of the meal is good. The campus also includes a Nescafe and a juice shop.
Interview Experience
The GD topics include current affair topics and various abstract topics. Being aware of current affairs can help one sail easily through the GD rounds. The SNAP test includes different sections of General English, Quantitative aptitude, and Analytical and Logical reasoning. It is a time-based test and is slightly on an easy level compared to CAT.
