Collage life of pharmacy student in andhra University

After my 12 I was not a week in jee exam so I thought of doing something good in state-level entrance exam I got 17000 ranks I applied for counseling and I opted for B. Pharmacy as a choice in Andhra university luckily I got the seat through apeamcet counseling. The counseling happened in June and classes started in August. I paid 5000 at the time of counseling. So it is the best college as per research and also good in nirf ranking best in Andhra Pradesh. It is situated near the beach with 2kms away it has good alumini connections and many r and d activities goes in the university.

I was into b. Pharmacy I choose by chance, not by choice. Then I got intrest in pharma drugs chemistry. The faculty-student ratio is 1:3 as it is a university so many experienced teaches will be there the strength is good 30 to 40 students. The professors are phd grads right experience in research and development. And in teaching 20+yrs The exam is like semister wise 2sems each year. 2 internal exams for each sem and averages it taken a form that attended is 80%mandatory. Exams are difficult to get good cgpa to need to work hard.

Our college has its own dispensing hospital students will get intenship opportunity. It has mou with kgh hospital many students get intern there. we have to get references from professors and submit a letter of recommendation.

In the final year, students are eligible for the placement but few offers are available. Many students choose to do higher education like m. Pharm or mba. So few will be interested in the job. I have many companies like Pfizer Laurus, Dr. Reddy will offer placement. The package will be like 2-3L After b. Pharmacy many will do some courses like pharmacovigilance and sas coding to get IT jobs in companies like tcs iqvia Banglore

The fess is 3lacs per yr. Which is affordable. Some people of other backward classes get the scholarship from the govt of Andhra Pradesh of full fees payment by govt and scholarships for hostel students the hostel fees is nearly 5ooo for 3-4 months. And the top student of each batch will get a scholarship of the 25000 each year in the eamcet exam good rank with few conditions of eligibility. We are provided internship references by professors who have good connections with industry people. Campus placement is available like 2-3L packages we have a placement office for training students

Andhra University will conduct annual day celebrations every year many committees will be there in the event students will be organizing the event. We have a sac committee for event organizing. Many seminars and webinars are also conducted every year on the occasion of the retirement of the professors our campus has a library that has many journals thesis and standard books. Sports we have indoor stadium and boxing stage many inter-college events will be happening and cricket tournament will Also be there. Our college has starter two magazines Yuvapraba and Naushad for update the collage Events and research in the university
