Genuine review from a student

The good aspect of our college is we have the best faculty members and encouragement from our faculty is very good they will solve each and every problem of ours. The bad thing is for the civil and mechanical department they will provide fewer placements. But for cse and ECE students our college is the best one to choose they will get placed in 3rd year itself. The admission process is from EAMCET rank through counselling I got the seat in this college. I am very much interested in civil engineering so I have chosen this college.

I would like to build my own house by my own plan for that reason and also to get a government job I have preferred this course. For 1 faculty we have 6 students that mean a 1:6 ratio. Qualification of the faculty is MTech and PhD they are so encouraged able and they will help us to solve each and every problem. Our college conduct term exams every 2-3 months and the difficulty level is moderate.

My companies offered us internship with stipends mostly for cse and ECE students internships with stipend are highly offered. Most software companies are offered for an internship, for civil students they will encourage us to do internship off or on-campus our faculty will help us to do an internship and helps us to make reports and get knowledge from them. Till now we have done our mini project title name is ready to mix concrete.

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. The companies visited and got placed are DXC, IBM, Infosys, Google, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Amazon, etc. Highest and average package as per company and profiles offered are 14 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placements are 85-90. My plans after getting the degree are to do MS in Canada.

The cost to study is moderate because our college fee is less than one lakh. We will get reimbursement from the government if we join through EAMCET rank and joined through counselling. For SC, ST and BC students will get a scholarship from 5000 - 6000 per annum. The students whose parents were government employees do not get any scholarships and reimbursement.

In our college for every festival, we will celebrate it with our faculty and friends. We will have a freshers party at beginning of college after our first mid exams and then we will celebrate the annual day in March month by inviting a guest from the film industry like a hero, heroines and singers etc. Every Saturday we will have a club that includes sports, music, dance, quiz, etc.

For each and every room they allocate 4 students they will give us 1cot, 1 bed, 1 pillow with one table and chair. Food in our hostel is hygienic and we have good water facilities, good electricity and wifi. Directly we can join by paying the fee in CMRIT college near to the hostel. The locality of our hostel is Kandla Koya. We don't want to join in college hostel you can prefer private nearby hostels they are in kompally, Kandla Koya, medical, Suchitra.

For admissions, we don't have any group discussion, interview or written test but we have to join through EAMCET rank by the method called counselling, In the EAMCET exam, we have multiple-choice questions. For campus, placement offers we have a group discussion, interview and written exam. First, they will conduct the written test if we got merit marks they will allow us for the next round. The second round is GD in this round they will give a general topic to discuss. In the interview round they will test our knowledge of the subject.
