Based on 12th marks, admission is merit based, preference is given for Gujarat board students, and merit for CBSE board students goes very high, to be in one of the most sought after college you need anything above from 85℅. In the Surat city the choice is very limited for college or university, we have only one option vnsgu for doing bba from a recognized university. So the focus of students is to get in the best college from available few.

Course is semester wise, and much focus on providing us practical and useful knowledge alongside industrial visits. University has 3-4 college to choose from and all have good faculty , only problem is with infrastructure of individual colleges, University has very good infrastructure but BBA colleges are not situated in the university premises. Post graduate courses are offered at university so things get better at that level.

College did not provide internship at under graduate level when I was in college, but things may have changed now. Students opt for MBA right after completing BBA so question of internship doesn't arrive.

Placement and job opportunities for post graduate student is as good as at any recognized university. Companies like adani, reliance, l&t, hdfc, icici, rbl bank, dhanlaxmi bank do visit for placement. Interviews are conducted and offers between 240000-600000 are made mostly with high number of candidates falling in lower bracket of upto 360000 per year. It can not be blamed on college as now MBA is not attracting much salary.

Everything from holi to Diwali, teacher day to friendship day was celebrated on the campus. Events like below were also organised: Funfair: students put up stalls of different kinds ranging from panipuri pavbhji like eatery to stalls of games and fun activities, Kite flying competition: It's held on 13th Jan many participate with enthusiasm. Annual supporting event, Annual cultural events, Debate competition, Management competition, College meet, Inter college competition, Picninc or educational tours, These are the major events and many small activity are also done.

Fees is not too high, it's below 45000 per year for undergraduate courses and below 60000 per your post graduate courses Fees is paid semester wise undergraduate: 1st semester may be of around 15-17k and then 2nd semester at 15k same is for all the semester, late fees is chargeable on some amount per day of the delay, fees is taken only on fixed dates apart from college fees, we also have to pay for examination fees, which is around 600-800 per semester for regular exam, and near 400-600 for backlog exams per paper there is also fees for rechecking of papers, which is around 500 per subject.

No, I have no idea about anything on scholarship or loans provided by the university or management, fees is not very high so need never arised for scholarships In MBA if one scores good Marlin cat CMAT then they get significant reduction in their fees amount, but that is based on merit.

As any other colleges there is no fixed or permanent pattern on gender ratio or students diversity. Intake is dependent upon merit. There is excellent hostel facilities for students at university, many newly constructed hostels and dormitory are helpful to outstation students. But most of the crowd is made up of locals so the culture among students is highly influenced by the local culture. There is no partiality or disparity on any basis, be it class creed religion caste color place of birth etc, all are treated alike by both the management and the students.

University has one of the best mess in the city, it's very economical and tasty food is served there All other colleges have their own cafeteria offering various food choices like sandwich Chinese etc for reasonable price no item is above rs 70-80 and all the food is cooked in clean and healthy environment. But the canteen in colleges do not provide full lunch, it's just like any food joint . It just serves for college working hours time.

Can't say about this as I have not in touch with any alumni, and we never got around with seniors except for events or festivals.

Exam is of semester system and is conducted twice a year exams are conducted on different time for different courses, but generally it is twice a day. Once for one semester and second for other semester we have generally only one exam in a day(except for students who have backlog in previous semester) most exams were conducted on alternative dates so enough gap was there between exams and it was not hectic.

Few faculties were outstanding like our HR faculty, rest were good too. Most of the faculty is of local origin, so diversity was lacking. Most of the faculty are helpful and friendly. Rest depends upon the behavior and attitude of students. Faculties are well educated and well experienced, their conduct is also professional and student centrist. Courses do get completed on time and there is no need for coaching if a student pays attention to the teachers in class and lectures.
